Ruolo

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Tourism product management: create, develop and optimize tourist packages, tours and itineraries, with a focus on destinations;
  • Market research and analysis: monitor market trends, changes in customer preferences and competitors to continuously optimize the supply of tourism products. Provide reports and recommendations for the improvement of the offer.
  • Negotiation with suppliers: work with local service providers (hotels, transport, activities, tour guides, etc.) to ensure quality of service and negotiate competitive rates and favourable terms.
  • Destination management: work with internal teams and local authorities to manage the tourist destinations, ensuring that the offer is always up-to-date and in line with quality standards.
  • Developing and launching new products: designing new packages and itineraries based on market needs and growth opportunities, promoting authentic and innovative tourism experiences.
  • Work with Sales, providing documentation in order to sell products effectively, with a thorough knowledge of the destinations and services offered.
  • Performance monitoring: analyze and monitor the performance of tourism products in terms of sales, customer feedback and profit margins, proposing corrective actions if necessary.
  • Constant communication with other internal departments for problem solving, changes and actions in relation to products.
  • Availability to make on-site visits and transfers in order to supervise the quality of the tours.
