About this Role:

As a member of Forrester's customer success organization, you are responsible for the engagement value delivered to Forrester's largest clients. The Customer Success Manager will orchestrate the customer journey through proactive engagement strategies. You will guide Forrester's clients to their desired outcomes, while driving great value in their partnership with Forrester. Monitoring the health of customer relationships, you will predict and navigate customer challenges and offer solutions that drive satisfaction, retention, and additional enrichment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the client's relationship health post-sale by deeply embedding in the accounts to drive high engagement. Serve as a client advocate, driving strong renewal rates and higher enrichment by understanding the client's business initiatives and mapping to Forrester's portfolio of products and services.
  • Create, execute, and deliver a strong client engagement strategy, informed by the client executive's overall account strategy. This includes the execution of services provided to the client; formal and informal client check-ins; onboarding; partnership reviews; and the delivery of other value-added services based on the mutually agreed upon engagement plan with the client.
  • Align with the client executive on the account strategy. Meet regularly to discuss account health, value capture, and engagement levels and to share potential new enrichment opportunities.
  • Leverage support of the customer success specialist to ensure the largest impact on client engagement and value delivered while efficiently servicing the account.
  • Orchestrate the quality and timely delivery of products or services purchased by working with the relevant ecosystem partners in the product, research, and/or consulting organizations to ensure that client success measures are met and value is maximized.

Qualifications

  • Location: Can be based in Milan, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris
  • English & Italian languages are a pre-requisite.
  • Additional European language proficiency is a benefit.
  • Three to five years of experience driving successful solution-oriented client engagement; handling difficult internal and external business challenges; and delivering exceptional client service resulting in high client retention.
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and systems, sometimes globally, and working within tight project and client timelines with resource constraints.
  • Experience in building successful senior-level business relationships and facilitating conversations at all levels, including the C-suite.
  • The ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, collaborating with other divisions to achieve strong results.
  • Relevant business experience demonstrating a commercial mindset and an understanding of selling moments.
  • Relevant industry experience working in a B2B setting and a familiarity with the typical challenges faced by clients in leading change.
  • Successful navigation of business processes.
  • A high degree of organization and proficiency leveraging internal systems.
  • Successful navigation of business systems and processes to obtain high client advocacy and business results.
  • Strong storytelling abilities, verbal and written communication, and social interactions and a proficiency with technology.

The Last Mile team within Amazon Logistics is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to coordinate Amazon's logistics vehicle deployment capabilities in Europe. The Senior Program Manager, Europe Deployment will be responsible for coordinating the upfitting and deployment of our EU commercial vehicle fleet from the order placement to the final distribution. You will liaise with senior stakeholders from our fleet management partners and other supply chain partners to ensure the timely and effective deployment of our EU commercial vehicle fleet. You need to be comfortable handling highly complex relationships with external parties and coordinating multiple internal Amazon teams to achieve your goals. An ideal candidate will be analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work with limited supervision under time constraints to meet deadlines. The candidate will have proven experience in taking on end-to-end ownership, fleet management, quality assurance in the automotive industry (ideally with commercial vehicles) and effectively delivering results in a ever-growing and progressive business environment.
Some of the key job functions of the Senior Program Manager, EU Deployment are:
  • Owns the vehicles upfitting (installation of shelving, smart devices, GPS fleet management devices, etc.) and the successful deployment of vehicles at our delivery stations and delivery service partners.
  • Is capable of taking accountability and directing planning, resolution and execution.
  • Can autonomously develop and align standards to deploy vehicles on-time and to specification, while accounting for the flexibility needs of our fleet operations teams.
  • Is comfortable agile supply chain partners on timelines, quality of service and other potential bottlenecks.
  • Responsible for delivering the key metrics – program performance, program growth, on-time execution and quality assurance. Including the ability to aggregate information and to present key information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid ownership and bias for action; ability to internalize goals and work with limited supervision to create appropriate action plans for those goals.
  • Great analytical orientation; comfort using databases and analytical tools and making data-based decisions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Solid experience handling complex programs in the automotive sector, ideally in the areas of fleet management, quality assurance in fleet deployments or related fields.
  • Experience in aggregating information and communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders, incl. Amazon senior management.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

 

I candidati ideali sono in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: 

  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, o altri indirizzi scientifici (Fisica, Matematica, Statistica, etc.)
  • Esperienza di almeno 2/4/6 anni (a seconda del ruolo)in Società di consulenza o Istituzioni Finanziarie, su tematiche inerenti almeno uno dei seguenti ambiti:  
    • Modelli di credit risk management (IRB, IFRS9, Stress testing, ECap, etc.)
    • Governance e processi di risk management e vigilanza prudenziale
    • Processi del credito sia performing che non performing
    • Definizione di aspetti e specifiche funzionali degli applicativi in area CRO e CLO
    • Risk Adjusted Performance Measurement
  • Esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di analsi dati e reporting
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Disponibilità alle trasferte

About this Role:

As a member of Forrester's customer success organization, you are responsible for the engagement value delivered to Forrester's largest clients. The Customer Success Manager will orchestrate the customer journey through proactive engagement strategies. You will guide Forrester's clients to their desired outcomes, while driving great value in their partnership with Forrester. Monitoring the health of customer relationships, you will predict and navigate customer challenges and offer solutions that drive satisfaction, retention, and additional enrichment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the client's relationship health post-sale by deeply embedding in the accounts to drive high engagement. Serve as a client advocate, driving strong renewal rates and higher enrichment by understanding the client's business initiatives and mapping to Forrester's portfolio of products and services.
  • Create, execute, and deliver a strong client engagement strategy, informed by the client executive's overall account strategy. This includes the execution of services provided to the client; formal and informal client check-ins; onboarding; partnership reviews; and the delivery of other value-added services based on the mutually agreed upon engagement plan with the client.
  • Align with the client executive on the account strategy. Meet regularly to discuss account health, value capture, and engagement levels and to share potential new enrichment opportunities.
  • Leverage support of the customer success specialist to ensure the largest impact on client engagement and value delivered while efficiently servicing the account.
  • Orchestrate the quality and timely delivery of products or services purchased by working with the relevant ecosystem partners in the product, research, and/or consulting organizations to ensure that client success measures are met and value is maximized.

Qualifications

  • Location: Can be based in Milan, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris
  • English & Italian languages are a pre-requisite.
  • Additional European language proficiency is a benefit.
  • Three to five years of experience driving successful solution-oriented client engagement; handling difficult internal and external business challenges; and delivering exceptional client service resulting in high client retention.
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and systems, sometimes globally, and working within tight project and client timelines with resource constraints.
  • Experience in building successful senior-level business relationships and facilitating conversations at all levels, including the C-suite.
  • The ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, collaborating with other divisions to achieve strong results.
  • Relevant business experience demonstrating a commercial mindset and an understanding of selling moments.
  • Relevant industry experience working in a B2B setting and a familiarity with the typical challenges faced by clients in leading change.
  • Successful navigation of business processes.
  • A high degree of organization and proficiency leveraging internal systems.
  • Successful navigation of business systems and processes to obtain high client advocacy and business results.
