Main ActivitiesExecute overall business visual merchandising strategy; Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market; Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result; Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays in order to attract visitors to the store and to lead them through the space (in -store flow); Adjust displays in order to increase product appeal and conversion rate on all categories (specific focus on accessories); Upkeep store image and train store staff to do daily upkeep; Oversee all in store set ups with the Interior Design team; Provide visual brief to Style team to support in the creation of window displays, floor plans and special set ups; Provide merchandising team with briefs and ideas in terms of props and merchandising categories; Test different visuals, compare results and provide feedback to the company; Identify and track key KPI; Keep up to date with market and visual merchandising trends of specific and other relevant industries; Provide global visual merchandising trends benchmark; Manage specific budget and track costs and expenses. Technical and Soft skillsFluent English, knowledge of French will be a plus; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Proactivity, dynamism; Detail and goal – oriented; Love and passion for exceptional design and highest quality; Aestethic sensitivity; Work location: Meda, Italy.
