Purpose of Role:
Prepare cost accounting records such as subcontracting, field service, sales costs, and research and development costs. Computes project costs, compares actual costs to estimates and analyze variances.
Key Responsibilities:
gathers budget's relevant information from Departments
elaborates data and ask clarifications
consolidates data and submits results to Finance Control
analyzes up-to-date data with Accounting Department contribution
revises budget's year end results on the bases of actual data
submits results to Finance Control
Education and Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree in Business Administration with major in Finance or Accounting.
Thorough experience in Administration 5 years in the Planning & Control Functions of dynamic and highly structured Companies. Familiarity with multinational Company is preferred. Knowledge of IFRS principles and experience in understanding logics to prepare monthly trial balance. Familiarity with projects accounting and cost control is required. Thorough experience with SAP CO and preferably also PS module. Expertise of national and international accountancy principles. Excellent Computer skills.
Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written is a must.

The postholder will be in charge of all administrative tasks in support and under the direct authority of the Head of the Office, including the followings:
Data collection, extraction from various Corporate applications (e.g. SAP) and from various internal sources, data consistency checking and coherence analysis
Compilation of reports with inputs from various contributors for review and finalisation by the Business Unit Controller
Editing and configuration of complex financial tables and spreadsheets in Excel
Supporting the monitoring of the financial resources managed under the Cost Centres, from their implementation in SAP to invoicing
Dealing with external Contractors and the Finance Department as needed

The ideal candidate shall be in possession of:
Bachelor or equivalent qualification in Business Administration (or Communications), with relevant experience
Highly proficient in MS Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) with experience of high level Project Administration tools for data/documentation management and general administration (e.g. SAP)
Excellent planning and organisation skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team within the boundaries of assigned tasks and a stringent schedule
Initiative and motivation to perform to high standards in a demanding environment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
Knowledge of administrative and financial processes and experience with SAP

- Conoscenza container Docker e della piattaforma di orchestrazione Kubernetes e/o Openshift
- Familiarità con Apache HTTP Server;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno un B2)
Completano il profilo ottima capacità di relazionarsi con i colleghi ed i clienti, propensione al troubleshooting in contesti critici e complessi.
