We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement AFRICOM’s mission objectives.Leidos has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, VTC Technician.This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DOD) organization located OCONUS in Del Din (Vicenza area), Italy.This position is required to travel OCONUS.
Primary Responsibilities:VTC Technicians require excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of AV/VTC hardware, software and network connections.Must have expertise in scheduling VTC sessions in conferencing bridges, hands-on experience with debugging the inter-operation of VTC bridges and end points, as well as experience setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting AV equipment (displays, microphones, sound boards).Installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC endpoints. Installing and configuring VTC applications, system software and upgrades.Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues. Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines. Supporting AV requirements for Command events and ceremonies.Will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting hardware, software, computer peripherals, and AV equipment.Assist employees via remote access, phone, or in person.May also mentor or train other VTC Technicians. Candidates need excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity.
They must be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of resources.The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.Will operate, monitor and manage all networked AV systems to include AV routing matrix, integrated computer systems, network infrastructure, lighting, and associated peripherals. Develop, maintain, and update VTC Control Devices. As time allows, support the various VTC rooms throughout their Area of Responsibility. Conduct user training, provide status briefs, develop, update and maintain SOPs and operational guides on conference room AV systems. Provide initial troubleshooting regardless of IT system/device or network and/or service provider. Additionally, the VTC Technician will provide remote support and/or travel to customer sites as required.
Basic Qualifications:Currently hold an adjudicated Secret with ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.TESA Eligibility.High School or higher education and 3-5 years relevant expCisco CCNA.Cisco/Tandberg/Polycom Certifications.CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater).Experience with Cisco Routers and Switches.Experience with Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and networking.Preferred Qualifications:Cisco Collaboration Certifications.ITIL v3 – Foundation.CTS (Certified Technology Specialist).AMX/Crestron/ThinkLogical CertificationsUnderstanding of Department of Defense Military standards.Experience working with basic networking to include foundations of Cisco Routers and Switches.Experience with DoD IT security requirement.

Leidos is currently seeking a qualified Global TRICARE Service Center (GTSC) Beneficiary Service Representative for our Vicenza, Italy location.
Military and Veteran’s Health Solutions Group TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) program provides enrollment, marketing, and education services to military communities around the world. The TOP enrollment program includes the Pacific, Eurasia-Africa, and Latin America and Canada (TLAC) regions and the Global TRICARE Service Center in Trevose, PA.
Position Overview:
Under minimal supervision, serve as TRICARE liaison for TRICARE Overseas Prime (TOP) beneficiary population. Independently perform a variety of tasks that are broad in nature and concerned with customer service, enrollment/disenrollment, portability, TRICARE education, and issues tracking. Maintain confidentiality and ensure that information meets the standards and requirement established by partnering professional organizations.
Reports to TOP Regional Lead for the specific region.
Successful candidate must pass DOCPER Accreditation.
Travel 25-75% to other sites in the region.
Responsibilities:
• Process registration of TRICARE beneficiaries in the Composite Health Care System (CHCS).
• Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using the Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES).
• Process and correct enrollment discrepancies between CHCS and DOES.
• Assign primary care managers to TRICARE beneficiaries.
• Verify eligibility information for remote beneficiaries.
• Provide education and enrollment information to beneficiaries on the phone and in person.
• Assist walk-in beneficiaries with enrollments and inquiries.
• Handle faxed enrollment forms.
• Research and interpret benefits, policies, and procedures to military staff, remote site points of contact, and other resources.
• Maintain electronic system/paper files and data integrity.
• Provide customer support to the Military Treatment Facility Commander and/or the TRICARE Area Office staff as directed by the TOP Regional Lead, Deputy Program Manager, or Program Manager.
• Serve as liaison between the TRICARE Regional offices and TRICARE beneficiaries for transitional/portability assistance.
• Collect, process, retrieve, and disseminate transfer information to support the TRICARE active duty portability process.
• Conduct off-site briefings such as enrollment briefings, fairs, or other functions when directed by the TOP Regional Lead.
• Determine the appropriate assistance levels and when call forwarding or other referrals are needed to address the beneficiary’s question.
• Complete all responsibilities and duties in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines to include proper handling of Protected Health Information.
• Complete on a timely basis and comply with and all required HIPAA, Leidos, and other training and refresher courses.
• Maintain required system accounts.
• Be eligible for and maintain ADP II/IT II clearance.
• Adhere to the dress code at the TSC.
Required Education and Skills:
• One of the following:
+ Associate's degree (bachelor’s degree preferred) and four years medical experience
+ Eight years medical experience and no degree
• Cumulative medical experience in the following areas:
+ Two years’ experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment.
+ Two years’ experience in a medical or clinical environment.
+ One year experience with the CHCS or other civilian healthcare computer system and in processing medical claims.
• One year customer service experience in a public environment.
• Must be eligible for and maintain ADP II/IT2 clearance.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Receptionist Part-Time- Categorie Protette ex L.68/99

The activities of the Pianezze Receptionist/ General Services Assistant are numerous and require the ability to provide multi-department collaboration. This position is the first point of contact for visitors to the site and requires presence at the reception area as a base of operation. This to allow for the official welcome of all at HBF arriving customers, suppliers, colleagues from other global HBF-locations, craftsmen and all other guests. In addition the Receptionist/General Services Assistant performs a variety of internal tasks for the employees based at the site including scheduling and support for meetings, travel arrangements and other company related support tasks.
This position will be located in the Pianezze and will report to the Plant Manager.


PRIMARY DUTIES

The primary duties of the Receptionist/General Services Assistant are varied, and the person filling this role must be flexible in dealing with day-to-day support for business needs. The list below is not meant to be all encompassing, but gives an overview of what this position is expected to deliver.
- 80% Proxy for Receptionist / Administration Function for the site
- 15% Proxy for General Services Administration Function including daily tasks around time data recording, car leases and securing office equipment.
- 05% support assigned administrative projects - tasks
Tasks

Reception Services
- First point of contact for visiting HBF employees, customers other guests. This would include hotel-bookings, organization of airport transfers, dinner-arrangements, meeting room-reservations, sightseeing suggestions and bookings, translator for guest who cannot speak Italian.
- Answering of incoming telephone-calls (switchboard).
- Opening and distributing the daily incoming mail.
- Relief and/or stand-in for the porter truck drivers; registration of trucks entering/exiting, and validation of loading-documents.

Internal Document / Invoice / Parcel Logistics
- Pack, send and track outgoing mail that must be shipped by DHL or FedEx
- Completion of parcels, preparing them to be sent from HBF Italy e.g. overseas (import request), Delivering packages throughout HBF Pianezze
- Checking incoming invoices, that accounts payable cannot assign; finding out the right cost center and purchaser-> for HBF worldwide
- Creating pro forma invoices for sendings abroad, lots of correspondence with the delivery service (TNT), tracking the packages etc.

Meeting Logistics / Organization & Guest Services
- Preparation of meeting-rooms and the support during the meeting throughout the day (preparing equipment for coffee-breaks, lunch, assistance in the provision of meeting-documents).
- Monitor and review external daily catering services (various providers…)
- Preparing/organizing evening entertainment, arranging appointments for medical emergencies in case of illness; arranging and purchasing items for meeting participants, short-term-changing of hotel-reservations and taxi-transfers, short-term booking train-tickets and similar.
- Provide flexible services in carrying out short notice special requests that occur from guests and colleagues (e.g. arranging medical support).
- Arranging tasks needed to support business objectives, e.g. that no one else is explicitly responsible like translators for business meetings.

Internal Travel Support
- Special travel related support for all departments.
- Organize and prepare visits at other companies/customers for HBF-colleagues.

Guest Travel Services
- Organizing tax transfers; solve and clear up misunderstandings concerning the taxi transfer due to a flight cancellation or a different arrival time; change of the transfer schedule in a short time, try to reach the taxi company or the guest/colleague via phone for settling. If something went wrong with the transfer, like a last minute cancellation, research who has to bear the costs
- Steady changes of hotel bookings or meeting room reservations because of postponed meetings or flight changes (many phone calls and e-mails with the hotels and the invited colleagues)

Purchasing
- Ordering, packing and sending various items needed to sustain business continuity for all departments: safety-equipment, brochures, meeting documents
- Order products for operative tasks, e.g. lab supplies, work clothes

Primary Responsibilities:VTC Technicians require excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of AV/VTC hardware, software and network connections.Must have expertise in scheduling VTC sessions in conferencing bridges, hands-on experience with debugging the inter-operation of VTC bridges and end points, as well as experience setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting AV equipment (displays, microphones, sound boards).Installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC endpoints. Installing and configuring VTC applications, system software and upgrades.Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues. Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines. Supporting AV requirements for Command events and ceremonies.Will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting hardware, software, computer peripherals, and AV equipment.Assist employees via remote access, phone, or in person.May also mentor or train other VTC Technicians. Candidates need excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity.


They must be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of resources.The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.Will operate, monitor and manage all networked AV systems to include AV routing matrix, integrated computer systems, network infrastructure, lighting, and associated peripherals. Develop, maintain, and update VTC Control Devices. As time allows, support the various VTC rooms throughout their Area of Responsibility. Conduct user training, provide status briefs, develop, update and maintain SOPs and operational guides on conference room AV systems. Provide initial troubleshooting regardless of IT system/device or network and/or service provider. Additionally, the VTC Technician will provide remote support and/or travel to customer sites as required.




Basic Qualifications:Currently hold an adjudicated Secret with ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.TESA Eligibility.High School or higher education and 3-5 years relevant expCisco CCNA.Cisco/Tandberg/Polycom Certifications.CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater).Experience with Cisco Routers and Switches.Experience with Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and networking.Preferred Qualifications:Cisco Collaboration Certifications.ITIL v3 – Foundation.CTS (Certified Technology Specialist).AMX/Crestron/ThinkLogical CertificationsUnderstanding of Department of Defense Military standards.Experience working with basic networking to include foundations of Cisco Routers and Switches.Experience with DoD IT security requirement.
