ATTIVITA’
Il ruolo svolge le seguenti principali attività:
  • Gestione amministrativa e operativa dei principali adempimenti con Enti e Istituti(INPS, INAIL, AdE ecc)
  • Gestione dei clienti in autonomia per le problematiche del day by day
  • Consulenza amministrativa e operativa ordinaria coordinandosi con i team presentiin Studio
  • Gestione e aggiornamento di HR portal
FORMAZIONE E CAPACITA’ TECNICHE
  • Diploma ad indirizzo amministrativo
  • Esperienza consolidata in ruolo analogo, di almeno 3 anni, maturata presso Societàdi Consulenza e/o Studi Professionali e/o acquisita nell’ambito di Payroll operativo e
  • Amministrazione del personale all’interno di azienda consolidata e strutturata, modernamente organizzata
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (gradita certificazione)

Here at Amazon we are looking to hire an experienced Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner to join the team in one of our highly automated and fast paced Sort Centers.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner is responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning and machine history data. They are the site lead for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and are required to extract information from it to support the decision making of the site engineering manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be the site level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software, train the local engineering team in its use and escalate issues as required to the EU team.
  • Ensure the system is run in line with EU standards and participate in EU led projects and improvement programmes to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports.
  • Ensure site level equipment, spare parts and minimum holding levels are correctly recorded in the system in order to ensure technicians are never without the parts they need.
  • Ensure the system accurately forecasts and assigned all required preventative maintenance to technicians within the team to provide a high level of equipment availability to our internal customers.
  • Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and make recommendations for improvements based on their findings.
  • Manage spare parts stock levels, place and track orders as required. Work with procurement and the wider EU network to find savings or efficiencies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities either as a hands on engineer or as a maintenance planner.
  • Experience with CMMS software.
  • Experience in using the core functions of MS Excel.
  • Experience managing stores or spare parts inventories.
  • Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.

La risorsa individuata si occuperà di:

- Definire e condividere con la direzione la strategia di sviluppo dell'area di Business, con particolare attenzione alla proposta formativa per Consulenti, Avvocati, Professionisti e Aziende;
- Coordinare, indirizzare e supportare le persone addette di filiale nelle operazioni di programmazione, pianificazione ed erogazione dei corsi;
- Sviluppare l'area di business e implementare l'offerta della linea di servizio, concorrendo all'obiettivo economico prefissato;
- Supportare gli/le addetti/e commerciali nella corretta analisi del fabbisogno;
- Monitorare e garantire la qualità del servizio offerto;


La risorsa ideale ha una pregressa esperienza di almeno tre anni nella gestione della formazione mercato per consulenti (consulenti del lavoro, commercialisti, etc...), ha coordinato e gestito gruppi, conosce le tecniche di erogazione della formazione; è in possesso di ottime doti strategiche di marketing, comunicative, organizzative e gestionali; è in grado di elaborare strategie, coordinare e supportare gli addetti ai lavori per supportarli nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi.

Addetto Amministrazione del personale

La figura riporterà al Responsabile Amministrativo Area Gestione del Personale.

RESPONSABILITA’
Garantisce la gestione operativa di tutte le attività e i processi relativi alla gestione dei
rapporti di lavoro in particolare curando le comunicazioni con gli enti istituzionali, la
gestione dei fondi di previdenza, l’aggiornamento di HR Portal rispettando le scadenze
amministrative.
Supporta i clienti dello Studio relativamente a tematiche inerenti all’amministrazione del
personale.
E’ responsabile di coordinarsi con i diversi team presenti in Studio composti da
professionalità omogenee assicurando la costante correttezza della gestione delle attività
amministrative rispettando tempi e scadenze.

ATTIVITA’
Il ruolo svolge le seguenti principali attività:
  • Gestione amministrativa e operativa dei principali adempimenti con Enti e Istituti(INPS, INAIL, AdE ecc)
  • Gestione dei clienti in autonomia per le problematiche del day by day
  • Consulenza amministrativa e operativa ordinaria coordinandosi con i team presentiin Studio
  • Gestione e aggiornamento di HR portal
FORMAZIONE E CAPACITA’ TECNICHE
  • Diploma ad indirizzo amministrativo
  • Esperienza consolidata in ruolo analogo, di almeno 3 anni, maturata presso Societàdi Consulenza e/o Studi Professionali e/o acquisita nell’ambito di Payroll operativo e
  • Amministrazione del personale all’interno di azienda consolidata e strutturata, modernamente organizzata
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (gradita certificazione)
  • Ottima conoscenza WS Office e posta elettronica
  • Conoscenza gestionali Zucchetti, programmi di gestione Risorse Umane, Siti Istituzionali
