Our new Brand Manager will help to achieve that, by creating trust and demand for our Brands in a digital world. Within the Marketing department and reporting to the EMEA Head of Brand Marketing, Events & PR, he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing the Brand strategy of one or more brands within the Hotpoint, Bauknecht, Ariston, Indesit & Privileg brand team. This role requires strong passion for our consumers, strategic thinking and the willingness to nurture meaningful and differentiated brands with a purpose. Ultimate goals are improving brand presence by engaging our consumers in earned, owned and paid channels so that we can build love and preference for our brands, driving conversion.
We are looking for an experienced and talented marketing professional whose mission will be to help craft the strategic marketing plans for the EMEA Region in relation to one or more brands within our portfolio. The Brand Manager will be working with our partner agencies and cross functional teams (Product, Category, D2C, PR, local counterparts) to develop 360° brand campaigns, media strategy and product innovation launch packages for the EMEA region.
This position is located in our EMEA HQ in Milan where we have over 400 professionals dedicated to various areas of the business, including Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Customer Service and Global Support Functions.
Your activities in this role will include:
+ Responsible for Brand marketing plans to drive growth and profitability and improve Brand health metrics: Prepare annual EMEA Go To Market deployment plan of campaigns and innovations
+ Ensure communication of vision and strategy for his area of responsibility above and below within the organization
+ Set the ground for Brand strategy execution in terms of creativity, content and tools in line with the consumer journey and across all touchpoints: develop 360° campaigns from brief to execution, setting KPI and aligning go-to-market plans
+ Develop Go To Market activities for specific product innovations in line with brand positioning
+ Monitor and follow up Go To Market execution in the markets and analyze markets and actions results on the marketing mix (at category level she/he is responsible for)
+ Guide markets on required areas of focus in terms of media, touchpoint and channel strategy (at category level she/he is responsible for)
+ Control/ recommend actions on EMEA Revenue Generation budget at full brand level, spending guidelines and targets
+ Contribute to ad hoc research either related to projects she/he is responsible for as well as overall brand research cross categories (ie target audience / positioning etc.)
+ Ensure team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication
+ Drive his group and enable the right level of cooperation among functions
Background and experience:
+ Strong knowledge of levers regarding media and 360° communication
+ Finger on the pulse/ passion for all things digital, knowledgeable about trends
+ Knowledge of consumer studies, panels and analysis tools (qualitative as well as quantitative)
+ Ability to pilot a project from its brief to its execution
+ Capacity to read and analyse a brand P&L
+ Strong & passionate communicator
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams and agency partners
+ Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure
+ Bachelor’s Degree or Master of Science in relevant area: Marketing, Economics or Management

This role in summary
We are looking for a GIS Services Manager to oversee all services to ensure that business needs are being met. La risorsa, riportando direttamente all'Amministratore, dopo un periodo di affiancamento si occuperà di:

  • Instaurare e mantenere i rapporti commerciali con la clientela assegnata (prevalentemente in ambito demolizioni).
  • Valutare ed attuare politiche di sviluppo o di ampliamento dei prodotti/mercati, sottoponendo proposte di ingresso in nuovi mercati o settori economici (bonifica e smaltimenti).
  • Redigere offerte, sottoporle ed illustrarle alla clientela; seguire costantemente le gare d'appalto a cui l'azienda intende partecipare predisponendo tuta la documentazione necessaria e seguendo la partecipazione.
  • Relazionare periodicamente sulla situazione delle offerte in corso e delle fare d'appalto che ritiene interessanti per l'azienda.

JUNIOR SALES AREA MANAGER 

 

Mission

 

The resource will be included in the Sales area of ​​the Italian headquarters in Albizzate (VA) and will ensure the achievement of the assigned budget.

The position will be responsible for the sale of assigned products, for the Outdoor market.

The role reports hierarchically to Sales Manager EMEA of Outdoor market.

 

Job

 

  • After an initial training period, the resource will visit assigned customers, with the aim of giving them advice on products and responding to any complaints;

 

  • Preparation of commercial offers (estimates, sales proposals and contracts);

 

  • Management of commercial negotiations, always in collaboration with Manager;

 

  • Collaboration with other departments of the company (production, logistics, purchasing, customer service, marketing) to supervise the fulfilment of orders;
  • Periodically checking the sales trend and, in collaboration with Manager, proposing any corrective actions to be implemented;

 

  • Active participation in internal and external events (fairs in the Outdoor sector, in Italy and abroad).

 

Skills

 

  • Age preferably between 27 and 32 years;

 

  • Minimum previous experience in a similar role (1/2 years) in international companies is required;

 

  • Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory; good knowledge of a second foreign language (Spanish preferred);

 

  • Master degree achieved;

 

  • Aptitude to reporting and producing sales statistics;

 

  • Knowledge of SAP is preferable, but not necessary (mod. SD);

 

  • Passion for sports (in particular, outdoor activities);

 

  • Passion for the world of footwear and / or sports accessories;

 

  • Negotiation skills and inclination to “consulting” sales;

 

  • Goal orientation, proactivity and flexibility;

 

  • Excellent organizational skills and problem solving;

 

  • Strong communication skills;

 

  • Strong aptitude to teamworking;

 

  • Willingness to travel;

 

Offer

Within the Marketing department and reporting to the EMEA Head of Brand Marketing, Events & PR, he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing the Brand strategy of one or more brands within the Hotpoint, Bauknecht, Ariston, Indesit & Privileg brand team. This role requires strong passion for our consumers, strategic thinking and the willingness to nurture meaningful and differentiated brands with a purpose. Ultimate goals are improving brand presence by engaging our consumers in earned, owned and paid channels so that we can build love and preference for our brands, driving conversion.


We are looking for an experienced and talented marketing professional whose mission will be to help craft the strategic marketing plans for the EMEA Region in relation to one or more brands within our portfolio. The Brand Manager will be working with our partner agencies and cross functional teams (Product, Category, D2C, PR, local counterparts) to develop 360° brand campaigns, media strategy and product innovation launch packages for the EMEA region.

This position is located in our EMEA HQ in Milan where we have over 400 professionals dedicated to various areas of the business, including Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Customer Service and Global Support Functions.


Your activities in this role will include:


+ Responsible for Brand marketing plans to drive growth and profitability and improve Brand health metrics: Prepare annual EMEA Go To Market deployment plan of campaigns and innovations

+ Ensure communication of vision and strategy for his area of responsibility above and below within the organization

+ Set the ground for Brand strategy execution in terms of creativity, content and tools in line with the consumer journey and across all touchpoints: develop 360° campaigns from brief to execution, setting KPI and aligning go-to-market plans

+ Develop Go To Market activities for specific product innovations in line with brand positioning

+ Monitor and follow up Go To Market execution in the markets and analyze markets and actions results on the marketing mix (at category level she/he is responsible for)

+ Guide markets on required areas of focus in terms of media, touchpoint and channel strategy (at category level she/he is responsible for)

+ Control/ recommend actions on EMEA Revenue Generation budget at full brand level, spending guidelines and targets

+ Contribute to ad hoc research either related to projects she/he is responsible for as well as overall brand research cross categories (ie target audience / positioning etc.)

+ Ensure team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication

+ Drive his group and enable the right level of cooperation among functions


Background and experience:


+ Strong knowledge of levers regarding media and 360° communication

+ Finger on the pulse/ passion for all things digital, knowledgeable about trends

+ Knowledge of consumer studies, panels and analysis tools (qualitative as well as quantitative)

+ Ability to pilot a project from its brief to its execution

+ Capacity to read and analyse a brand P&L

+ Strong & passionate communicator

+ Experience leading cross-functional teams and agency partners

+ Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure

+ Bachelor’s Degree or Master of Science in relevant area: Marketing, Economics or Management

+ 7+ years of experience in marketing field

+ Previous experience within a multinational company/ agency context
