MANUTENTORE MECCANICO E AGGIUSTATORE

 

La posizione prevede la gestione in autonomia con il supporto di fornitori esterni delle seguenti aree:

• gestione della manutenzione delle linee di lavorazione e di confezionamento dello zafferano;

• gestione della manutenzione dello stabile;

• gestione di progetti ad hoc. 

 

Principali responsabilità: 

 

• assicurare il funzionamento delle linee di confezionamento e la loro evoluzione       tecnologica; 

• assicurare il funzionamento degli impianti di macinazione ed essicazione dello zafferano e la loro evoluzione tecnologica;

 •gestione della manutenzione su tutti i macchinari: “pronto intervento” in caso di fermi macchina (ed eventuali interventi di manutenzione straordinaria), manutenzione ordinaria e predittiva; 

• attrezzaggio macchine (es. per cambi formati); 

•manutenere lo stabile in cui è sita l’azienda ed i suoi impianti nel rispetto delle normative vigenti;;

•gestione e selezione dei fornitori e degli approvvigionamenti per la manutenzione degli impianti e dello stabile; 

•gestione dell’officina interna per eseguire la manutenzione, pulizia, montaggio e aggiustaggio di pezzi meccanici; 

 •organizzazione ed archiviazione dei documenti della manutenzione;

•gestione della sicurezza aziendale, funzione di ASPP.

 

Requisiti: 

• Pluriennale esperienza maturata presso officine di meccanica di precisione e/o in posizioni simili a quella oggetto della ricerca presso piccole medie aziende, o come montatore meccanico di impianti di confezionamento;

• diploma di perito meccanico o, in alternativa, perito elettrotecnico;

• ottima conoscenza meccanica, in particolare meccanica di precisione, regolazione di organi meccanici, leveraggi azionati da camme; N.B. Ad esempio, una situazione tipica da gestire è la messa in fase di tutti gli organi meccanici (principalmente aree di piegatura, taglio e saldatura dell’imballo flessibile) a composizione dell’impianto;

• buona conoscenza e visione di insieme dell’automazione di macchine; 

• buona conoscenza e visione di insieme di quadri elettrici e loro componenti: capacità di intervento su componentistica elettrica (inverter, sensori, relè, encoder, fotocellule, ecc.);

• buona conoscenza e manualità degli utensili da officina (lime, cacciavite, pinze, chiavi esagonali, …);

• buona conoscenza e uso degli elettro utensili manuali: trapano manuale/a colonna, mola da sbavo, mola da taglio, seghetto alternativo, saldatrice a elettrodi, tester;

• buona conoscenza del “fai da te” in generale (sostituzione lampadine, riparazione perdite rubinetti, sistemazione arredo, …);

• buona organizzazione ricambi;

• buona capacità di programmazione dei lavori (analisi, pianificazione, programmazione, esecuzione interna, verifica e controllo esecuzione fornitori terzi);

• buone capacità negoziali e di relazione;

• capacità di lettura dei disegni tecnici;

• approccio problem solving;

• conoscenza dell’applicazione delle normative sulla sicurezza del lavoro negli stabilimenti di produzione alimentari;

• conoscenza dell’applicazione delle normative sulla sicurezza alimentare;

• conoscenza del pacchetto Office ed in particolare di Excel e di Power Point;

• patente di guida e automunito.

The Maintenance Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Administrator is responsible for the overall asset management, work planning, spare part inventory using Infor EAM for Delivery Stations in Italy. This position is further responsible for training new EAM users, maintaining parts/asset data accuracy and equipment hierarchy into the Infor EAM system, rolling out standard workflows for work requests, preventive maintenance programs.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Drive materials management process in the facilities store. Including but not limited to:
    o Develop and maintain with local team 5S of store.
    o Work with facilities team to develop and maintain lists of critical spares
    o Monitor accuracies of parts count with local team thought regular inventories
  • Develop and maintain AMZL specific PM Plans with the regional Facilities team maintaining consistencies with other countries.
  • Support management in the scheduling and assigning of work. Support the local team in managing work orders in the system. Ensure proper creation, planning, update and closure of work orders.
  • Develop and maintain accuracy of spare parts metadata by regularly collecting and inputting information, such as; supplier, catalog number, min/max quantities, pricing, manufacturer, and part numbers. This includes site storage area as well as regional storage area.
  • Provides software trainings to end users and new EAM Administrators; serves as liaison for problem solving and escalation.
  • Coach and educate staff on the EAM functions and best practices for performing tasks. Serves as tier EAM support for the Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team.
  • Measure and publish facility’s PI metrics to the regional management team, interpret data, troubleshoot process, and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Develop and maintain accuracy of equipment metadata by regularly collecting and inputting information, such as; manufacturer, model, serial number, and system structure information.
  • Develop and maintain accuracy of Work Order related data in line with regional facilities team.
  • User Setup, Employees, Shifts, Crews, and Supervisors for the entire region.
  • Adding Equipment to PM Plans, Schedules, and Work Packages.
  • Provide on call support to users. Gather feedbacks (bugs, functionality improvement or request) report it and monitor corrective actions. Serves as liaison for problem solving and escalation.
  • Coach and educate teams on the best practices for performing tasks, following our standards and relying on EAM usage.
  • Design and organize training on our processes for Amazon team and suppliers.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner is responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning and machine history data. They are the site lead for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and are required to extract information from it to support the decision making of the site engineering manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be the site level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software, train the local engineering team in its use and escalate issues as required to the EU team.
  • Ensure the system is run in line with EU standards and participate in EU led projects and improvement programmes to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports.
  • Ensure site level equipment, spare parts and minimum holding levels are correctly recorded in the system in order to ensure technicians are never without the parts they need.
  • Ensure the system accurately forecasts and assigned all required preventative maintenance to technicians within the team to provide a high level of equipment availability to our internal customers.
  • Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and make recommendations for improvements based on their findings.
  • Manage spare parts stock levels, place and track orders as required. Work with procurement and the wider EU network to find savings or efficiencies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities either as a hands on engineer or as a maintenance planner.
  • Experience with CMMS software.
  • Experience in using the core functions of MS Excel.
  • Experience managing stores or spare parts inventories.
  • Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.

The Reliability Engineering Manager is the site lead for all Engineering matters within a building. They are responsible for leading their team and building a culture of safety; for ensuring all statutory compliance requirements are followed to provide a safe working environment for all occupants of the building; for providing a high level of equipment availability to the General Manager and for working with the EU Engineering team to plan for future growth. They are also required to take part in network wide improvement initiatives and to implement standards created elsewhere in the network.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the team, own the annual reporting responsibilities for the team and mentor their direct reports who in turn develop the technicians within the team.
  • Work with the site Safety department & Site Leadership to implement, record and audit safety and statutory compliance programmes to provide a safe working environment for all staff. Own the legal responsibilities as the site engineering lead within this framework.
  • Work with the recruitment team to ensure allocated headcount is filled with high quality experienced staff. This may include support to Apprentice and Graduate programmes.
  • Implement standards validated by the EU Engineering team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to create or update standards as required in order to provide high levels of safety and equipment availability to our internal customers. A key focus is on preventative maintenance programmes.
  • Maintain equipment failure contingency plans, drive rehearsals with affected parties and be prepared to work in a flexible manner to ensure failures or breakdowns are rectified as quickly as possible.
  • Maintain a long term focus by working with Site Management, Finance, the EU Engineering team and internal design teams to plan for future growth, upgrades or new equipment roll outs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of Engineering team leadership experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) from an accredited university or 2+ years experience in an Amazon engineering team.
  • Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Excellent communications skills (written & verbal) in English and the local language.
  • Experience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time but work from the FC in the northwest Italy.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The focus of the Automation Engineer (CSS) role is to fault find, troubleshoot and improve controls solutions for automated material handling equipment such as conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply systems, scales, HMI systems, and control cabinets. The CSS will also provide training to the Engineering Technicians on device troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be the site level Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all controls systems and sensors within the building. Work in a hands on manner to actively monitor, fault find and repair systems in order to provide a high level of equipment availability to internal customers.
  • Train technicians in the basics of control systems fault finding in order to raise the level of knowledge within the site.
  • Work within the EU Controls network to enhance the capability to monitor MHE metrics and provide visualization and data to internal customers.
  • Actively participate in or own continuous improvement projects driven by the EU Automation network.
  • Work with IT, EU Automation Engineering and Operations Engineering to ensure all systems are correctly documented and that accurate backup libraries are maintained.
  • Work alongside global teams to support the installation and commission of new equipment.
  • Support other sites in the EU network as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years experience with PLC controlled automation and issue diagnosis in a continuous process or production environment.
  • Good ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
  • You already possess a Bachelor's degree, or you’re on track for obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in less than one year
  • Experience supporting a wide range of different conveyors and sortation systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot under high pressure.
  • Ability to follow, understand and develop improvement strategies for code conforming to IEC 61131-3
  • Ability to interpret both mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Experience in dealing with material handling, flow and capacity visualization and monitoring.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, Ignition, Visio and AutoCAD.
