Requisiti:

- buona conoscenza base del computer, del pacchetto Office e della rete in fibra ottica

La risorsa, rispondendo direttamente al direttore tecnico e lavorando in collaborazione con l’ufficio commerciale e con i reparti operativi e tecnici, sarà inserita nell'ufficio tecnico, all'interno del quale sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

  • Responsabilità di coordinamento delle altre persone operativamente coinvolte nel progetto

Il/la candidato/a ideale è una risorsa dotata di spiccata predisposizione al lavorare per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi, elevate capacità di organizzazione e gestione di tempistiche e scadenze, che sia in grado di coordinare team di lavoro e abbia ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.

È necessario il possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Formazione tecnica, preferibilmente Laurea in ingegneria gestionale. Si valutano profili con diverso background accademico se con pregressa esperienza nel ruolo e nel settore di riferimento
  • Pregressa esperienza in ruoli affini e provenienza da aziende di servizi di consulenza, preferibilmente nel settore della salute e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro
  • Capacità di analisi di capitolati tecnici, interpretazione disegni tecnici, computi metrici e prezziari per stesura preventivi e preparazione documentazione a supporto
  • capacità di preparazione di offerte per gare d’appalto pubbliche e private
  • Capacità di scrittura di report e di analisi organizzativa
  • Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
  • Forte predisposizione commerciale e orientamento al cliente

È richiesta, inoltre, la disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte presso i clienti.

The Director of Engineering has the overall responsibility for maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Managing Engineering Operations and Budgets
- Works with property and regional engineering leadership team to determine how Engineering is performing against budget and highlights areas of concern to leadership.
- Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Administers service contracts to support property needs.
- Ensures fire crew has complete understanding of all procedures, equipment and alarms.
- Coaches and supports engineering leadership team to effectively manage controllable expenses (e.g., wages, heat, light and power, water consumption, tools and equipment, grounds keeping supplies, uniforms, vendors, service agreements, inventory, etc.).
- Manages and controls heat, light and power.
- Develops an engineering operating strategy that is aligned with the property/brand's business strategy.
- Develops and manages Engineering budget.
- Ensures integration of departmental goals in game plans.
- Oversees execution of long term preventative maintenance and 10 year asset protection plans.
- Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Engineering is performing against budget.
- Addresses potential areas of concern and proposing solutions to owners in a proactive manner.

The following is a description of an average member of our team:

Job Description

We are looking for a smart person who is strongly goal-oriented and able to reason analytically. This profile should be able to collaborate with the other team members to solve all the daily challenges that will arise. She/He will have to use her/his programming and engineering knowledge to analyze the current code and to improve it and to constantly collaborate to the improvement of our company processes. We expect to find a person who, before writing tons of code, dedicates the right amount of time to think and model.

The person we are looking for will work on two possible aspects of our system. On one side, we expect you to develop a backend system made up of microservices, on the other side, you might be working on what we define as "the backend part of our frontend", hence developing client-side code which does not include any graphical and user-facing part. For both tasks, we expect you to keep a high code quality with a "living documentation" approach and high level code comments, in order to make collaboration with other team members as easy as possible. A very important skill for us is the ability to autonomously evaluate your own work and schedule code refactors when necessary.

We also expect you to autonomously evaluate and criticize the design choices you will work with day by day, actively contributing in evolving our projects and constantly aimingto improve both yourself and your team.

Interview Process

We don't have particular constraint about the mode of communication, we can meet in person or digitally.

Step1 - Let's get to know each other better

The first step is to have an informal interview, we want to know who you are, what passions you have, what you've been up to and what you'd like to do in the future. At the same time it is a good opportunity to make you understand who we are and what our vision is.

A more technical chat will follow: we will go into details about your working methods and the specific knowledge of the subject for which you are applying.

Don't worry, we will not ask trick questions and we will not ask you theorems or definitions by heart, we want to understand how you think and how you approach problems, if you have a goog basic knowledge, we can build together on that.

Step2 - Let's get our hands dirty

Finally the second meeting is to put your hands on your beloved keyboard, we will propose you a small test to understand your level of knowledge and your skills.

PRESALES - Addetto/a all'Ingegneria d'offerta

Il candidato sarà dedicato alle attività di supporto specialistico all'area commerciale per le gare in ambito TLC, sia in fase di preparazione che in fase di prevendita.
Nello specifico, il candidato si occuperà della predisposizione del materiale tecnico per la partecipazione a nuove gare, creando relazioni tecniche e analisi economiche, anche in lingua inglese. Dovrà inoltre interfacciarsi con il cliente al fine di poter studiare ed implementare la soluzione più adatta alle sue esigenze.

Requisiti:
- Titolo di Studio: Laurea Magistrale Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni o Elettronica;
- Competenze linguistiche: buona padronanza della lingua inglese;
- Competenze tecniche richieste: Conoscenze pregresse in ambito TLC;
- Soft Skills: Orientamento al risultato, Capacità di Problem solving, Propensione e capacità di lavorare in team, flessibilità. Ottime capacità di espressione e di scrittura;
- Esperienza pregressa: è richiesta un'esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno in attività di Prevendita/Progettazione/Ingegneria di Offerta

Si offre: contratto iniziale a tempo determinato in somministrazione, scopo stabilizzazione
