Sarai responsabile di di analizzare, disegnare ed implementare in autonomia soluzioni Microsoft Cloud Voice native o migrare ed integrare architetture di fonia esistenti. Supporterai il team di operations nel troubleshooting di problematiche su architetture di fonia complesse, individuando ed implementando soluzioni efficaci alle esigenze del contesto.
Le tue competenze
Per poter svolgere al meglio il tuo compito, le tue competenze spaziano tra:
· Consolidata esperienza nel contesto del Networking over IP (Routing, DNS, QoS e sicurezza)
· Livello avanzato di comprensione delle tecnologie Voice OnPremises e Cloud Voice, implementazioni PBX VoIP
· Conoscenza dei criteri di Routing su infrastrutture WAN complesse e dei seguenti protocollitecnologie: SIP, TDM, H.323, SBC Media Gateways, PBX, Voice and Video Codecs
· Conoscenze in merito a Video Conferencing e soluzioni di "Call and Contact Center" e "Cloud PBX" di terze parti, Powershell in ambiente O365 ed OnPremise
Saranno considerati requisiti preferenziali aver conseguito almeno una delle seguenti certificazioni:
· MS-700 - Teams Administrator
· Exam 70-333: Deploying Enterprise Voice with Skype for Business 2015

Purpose of Role:

Reporting to the CO Manager in of the Commercial Operations team, he will carry out most of his activities during the offer drafting phase, working in close collaboration with the Application Engineer, acting as the main customer reference.

To coordinate all the activities that lead to overcoming the various phases of the customer order assignment process, satisfying the technical and information requirements of the different phases of the process, configuring the individual machines according to the needs expressed by the customer.

To define the cost of the different elements that make up the required configuration and provide Sales with all the elements supporting the final negotiation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Customer Material Requisition Analysis (received from Sales structure)
  • Selection of the individual items present in the customer's Material Re-acquisition, using the Intelliquip software selection form
  • Interaction with the "R&D" department for the definition / correction of selected curves for the items object of the customer MR.
  • Management of technical customer questions (Technical Queries or "Clarifications") in collaboration with AE
  • Support to the AE in the technical alignment phase of engineered supplies (seals and systems, drivers, control units, multipliers, recirculation valves)
  • Support for AE for TBE compilation (technical clarification tables).
  • Support for AE for the preparation and drafting of the comments / deviations list
  • Analysis of supplier offers on subcontracts engineered by definition of costs to be quoted in Intelliquip (it uses the support of the AEs).
  • Participation in technical alignment meeting / call, with possible presence at customer site.
  • Selection and enhancement of the configuration options present in Intelliquip, for the complete definition of the cost of the offer items.
  • Quotation of the offer costs relevant to the total offer (not defined at the individual item level).
  • Preparation of the "offer package", including the relative attachments.
  • Transfer to Intelliquip of the final negotiation output with the customer carried out by Sales.
  • Intelliquip generation of the ".xml" file for job creation in SAP.
  • Checking the purpose of supplying PO received by the customer (and related attachments), with the latest offer issued.
  • In collaboration with the PM, compiling summary table of the item on offer for planning network configuration purpose.
  • Participation in the Kick Off Meeting (KOM) internal order launch.
  • Update of the KPIs of the Com Ops team with progress data quotation process.

 

Education and Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree preferably in Mechanical engineering, at least three years experience in a similar role gained within an international context, excellent communication skills. Able to work independently with strong determination to achieve the goals and strong organizational skills, strong analytical and negotiating skills, strong customerfocus; pro-activity and autonomy. Knowledge of computer tools. Availability and willingness to travel.Excellent knowledge of English language

The task involves the first-person development of construction and revamping projects for standard / non-standard cryogenic tanks, including installation activities, in compliance with the budget defined during the order acquisition phase. In particular:

Scope of activities

  • Management of projects technical part such as develop calculations and drawings relating to the projects the resource will be responsible for, issuing them within the time required by the order planning;
  • Active communication with customers, suppliers and Chart internal departments in order to gain all information necessary for carrying out below mentioned tasks;

The focus of the Automation Engineer (CSS) role is to fault find, troubleshoot and improve controls solutions for automated material handling equipment such as conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply systems, scales, HMI systems, and control cabinets. The CSS will also provide training to the Engineering Technicians on device troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be the site level Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all controls systems and sensors within the building. Work in a hands on manner to actively monitor, fault find and repair systems in order to provide a high level of equipment availability to internal customers.
  • Train technicians in the basics of control systems fault finding in order to raise the level of knowledge within the site.
  • Work within the EU Controls network to enhance the capability to monitor MHE metrics and provide visualization and data to internal customers.
  • Actively participate in or own continuous improvement projects driven by the EU Automation network.
  • Work with IT, EU Automation Engineering and Operations Engineering to ensure all systems are correctly documented and that accurate backup libraries are maintained.
  • Work alongside global teams to support the installation and commission of new equipment.
  • Support other sites in the EU network as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years experience with PLC controlled automation and issue diagnosis in a continuous process or production environment.
  • Good ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
  • You already possess a Bachelor's degree, or you’re on track for obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in less than one year
  • Experience supporting a wide range of different conveyors and sortation systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot under high pressure.
  • Ability to follow, understand and develop improvement strategies for code conforming to IEC 61131-3
  • Ability to interpret both mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Experience in dealing with material handling, flow and capacity visualization and monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Education:

  • BS degree required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Knowledge:

  • Proven experience with 3D modeling and design utilizing AutoCAD/Inventor and/or SolidWorks a plus.

Seltis is looking for a Polymeric Films Processes Engineer for it’s client, a multinational and chemical company based just Outside Milan.

We are evaluting candidates with a solid experience in process engineering related to polymeric or plastic materials and extrusion, and with a strong path in the R&D department.


The main responsibilities are:

  • Optimize a process and design a line to perform highly specialized chemical treatment of polymeric films;
  • In this role he/she will interact with internal and external stakeholders with the ultimate goal to design and commissioning a line for proprietary chemical treatment of polymeric films;
  • Collaborate with the Engineering function in the development of the basic design and provide support to the detailed engineering phase;
  • Coordinate a team of technicians (5-6 persons);
  • This activity requires close collaboration with Research and Development group, suppliers, Industrial functions and internal business partners;
  • Conduct process optimization of the commissioned line, prepare technical documentation related to a new process, including SOP’s and SOC’s and evaluation of all safety aspects;

Requirements:

  • A solid knowledge at University level of material processing and/or mechanical engineering;
  • Previous experience in web handling and a strong enthusiasm in dealing with and solving complex problems coupled with a passion for the technical role;

And Also:

  • Low tension roll to roll (web handling) experience;
  • 5-6 years of experience;
  • Mechanical engineering background;
  • Project Management;
  • Suppliers' management;
  • Process start up experience;
  • Time management;
  • Quality management systems knowledge;
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAE;
  • Fluent English;

Avanade, azienda leader nello sviluppo di soluzioni Cloud con tecnologie Microsoft, per la sede di Milano sta selezionando Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer che collabori alla realizzazione e alla manutenzione di progetti in ambito Hybrid Cloud, sfruttando le tecnologie delle piattaforme Microsoft O365 ed Azure.
Il tuo ruolo
Farai parte della Talent Community Infrastructure che conta oltre 150 professionisti in Italia e il cui obiettivo è guidare la trasformazine digitale delle aziende progettando architetture cloud sicure, reti e infrastrutture robuste e protette. Ti unirai ad una community attiva in oltre 20 paesi, che collabora quotidianamente per fornire le migliori soluzioni ai nostri clienti.
Nel ruolo di Voice Engineer lavorerai su progetti in ambito Cloud sulla suite Microsoft 365, supportando clienti che operano in diversi settori di mercato. Ad una avanzata conoscenza di Infrastrutture Enterprise, con focus specifico su infrastrutture in cloud per la comunicazione aziendale quali Skype for business/Microsoft Teams.
Sarai responsabile di di analizzare, disegnare ed implementare in autonomia soluzioni Microsoft Cloud Voice native o migrare ed integrare architetture di fonia esistenti. Supporterai il team di operations nel troubleshooting di problematiche su architetture di fonia complesse, individuando ed implementando soluzioni efficaci alle esigenze del contesto.
Le tue competenze
Per poter svolgere al meglio il tuo compito, le tue competenze spaziano tra:
· Consolidata esperienza nel contesto del Networking over IP (Routing, DNS, QoS e sicurezza)
· Livello avanzato di comprensione delle tecnologie Voice OnPremises e Cloud Voice, implementazioni PBX VoIP
· Conoscenza dei criteri di Routing su infrastrutture WAN complesse e dei seguenti protocollitecnologie: SIP, TDM, H.323, SBC Media Gateways, PBX, Voice and Video Codecs
· Conoscenze in merito a Video Conferencing e soluzioni di "Call and Contact Center" e "Cloud PBX" di terze parti, Powershell in ambiente O365 ed OnPremise
Saranno considerati requisiti preferenziali aver conseguito almeno una delle seguenti certificazioni:
· MS-700 - Teams Administrator
· Exam 70-333: Deploying Enterprise Voice with Skype for Business 2015
· Exam MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging
· CCNA Voice - exam 642-436
· ITIL v3 Foundation.
