La risorsa si occuperà di riparazione e manutenzione di apparecchiature elettroniche (bilance, macchine per la affettatura, etichettatura) presso i clienti appartenenti al settore Retail (supermercati, piccoli esercizi commerciali del settore alimentare) e
distribuiti principalmente in Campania (possibili saltuarie trasferte in Sicilia e Calabria).
Tale attività prevede quotidiani spostamenti per garantire l'adeguato supporto tecnico durante i processi di installazione, riparazione e manutenzione delle apparecchiature.
Di seguito i requisiti richiesti:
- Conseguimento di un diploma tecnico (perito informatico o elettronico);
- Preferibile pregressa esperienza lavorativa in ambito assistenza tecnica (campo informatico, help desk di II livello);
- Conoscenze informatiche: sistemi operativi (Windows, Linux), configurazione reti;

Roman Catholic Coordinator of Religious Education (CCRE) – NSA Napoli
2. SCOPE
As supported by and in accordance with the direction from the Archdiocese for the Military Services, U.S.A.(AMS), the religious education program is one of the most important Catholic activities on any installation. Per Reference (b), “Minimum Requirements for the Pastoral Care of Catholic Personnel,” the work of the Catholic
Coordinator of Religious Education (CCRE) supports the AMS priest as the Director of Religious Education (DRE) in the effective implementation of a comprehensive Religious Education and Sacramental preparation program.
The Contractor Catholic Coordinator of Religious Education (CCRE) manages the day-to-day operation of the religious education program. Together with other catechists they are one of the means by which the Word is proclaimed and catechesis presented, including the program of life-long faith formation for military personnel and their families.
3. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CATHOLIC COORDINATOR OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION (CCRE)
The Contractor CCRE shall have the following minimum required qualifications:
(a) Possess legal status to reside in Italy and work for US forces in Italy throughout the duration of the contract.
(b) Speak conversational English.
(c) Possess basic proficiency with computers and software.
(d) Have sufficient professional abilities and human relations skills to manage a religious program, including recruiting, training, and leading volunteer teachers and religious education assistants.
(e) Possess a current AMS Catechist certificate in accordance with Archdiocese for the Military Services (USA) guidelines. If the Contractor CCRE does not possess an AMS Catechist Certificate, the contractor CCRE must obtain said Certificate within 90 days of contract award. Failure to obtain the
AMS Catechist Certificate may result in contract termination.
(f) Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, or have at least four years documented experience with religious programs.
(g) Possess knowledge of Roman Catholic doctrines and of Catholic Religious Education and a professional working knowledge of current Roman Catholic educational texts, material and literature.
4. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Within 30 days of award, provide a current certificate for Safe Environment training as called for in the USCCB’s Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People, article 13 and military instructions and regulations.
b. The Contractor CCRE shall submit to, and successfully complete with a favorable determination, a criminal background check and provide all necessary supporting documents at contract award. The Government will conduct a criminal background check on the Contractor CCRE.”.
c. With written recommendation from the Command Chaplain and approval of the Contracting Officer, the
Contractor with a background investigation pending completion may be permitted to perform work under this contract prior to the completion of the background check, provided that the Contractor is within sight and under supervision of the Command Chaplain or his/her authorized representative (whose background check has been successfully completed). Pending successful background check completion, the Contractor must be readily identified through some type of visual means (e.g. different color nametag), to be coordinated with the Command Chaplain. An unfavorable background check determination will result in contract termination.
d. In accordance with Reference (e) CNREURAFCENTINST 1700.3 - CHAPEL VOLUNTEER
BACKGROUND CHECK PROCEDURES, the Contractor CCRE shall work with Command Chaplain staff to ensure that all teachers and volunteers over 18 years of age part that are reasonably expected to have regular contact with minor(s) have a criminal background check completed before being involved in the program.
e. The Contractor CCRE shall protect all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) obtained in the course of fulfilling this PWS, in accordance with Reference (d), “5400.11 DoD Privacy Program” The Contractor
CCRE shall shred and discard of any PII collected when it is no longer essential to accomplish the duties of this PWS.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Contractor Catholic Coordinator of Religious Education (CCRE) is directly responsible for providing and delivering a total Roman Catholic Religious Education Program from levels Pre-K through adult levels. The Contractor CCRE shall comply with ref (c) and ref (d) when working with minors.
The Contractor CCRE shall perform the following tasks:
a. Assist the Catholic Chaplain (CDRE) in providing a total Roman Catholic Religious Education Program from levels Pre-K to High School.
b. Advise the Catholic Chaplain on resources for the religious education program including, books, videos,
DVDs, catechists support and training.
c. Maintain statistical program data (e.g., number of students, catechists, etc.) and provide to the Catholic Chaplain after each RE event.
d. Attend weekly Religious Ministries Department staff meeting and meet weekly with the Catholic Chaplain.
e. Plan, organize and execute the Catholic Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD) program in coordination with and under the direction of the Catholic Chaplain, to include:
1. Advertising the religious education program for the purpose of enrolling participants, catechists, assistant catechists and other support personnel.
2. Helping conduct orientation workshops for catechists and assistant catechists.
3. Coordinating end of school year and other special events (e.g., Quiz Bowl).
4. Providing sacramental preparation programs for: First Reconciliation during lent, First Communion, and Confirmation.
Preparation and assisting with parent meetings for sacramental preparation classes as needed.
5. Keeping accurate inventories of curriculum and classroom supplies for the CCD program.
f. Identifying and reporting of maintenance issues in spaces utilized for CCD and other RE events.
g. Assisting the Catholic Chaplain with executing an annual Catholic Kids’ Camp; typically a week long during the summer.
h. Overseeing the recruiting of children and all necessary volunteers, coordinating practice, and managing all logistics required for a Nativity Play each Advent.
i. Opening and securing facilities before and after all CCD classes.
j. Under the direction of the Catholic Chaplain, establishing a CCRE schedule not to exceed 12 hours per week while recognizing the flexibility needed to accommodate special programs and Sacrament preparation and celebrations.
k. Reporting safety hazards, discrepancies or other emergent issues to the Catholic Chaplain. Or any uniformed Religious Ministry Department staff member when life-safety is involved.
l. Keeping supply cabinets in order and well stocked. Report the need to purchase additional textbooks or supplies to the Catholic Chaplain.
m. Assist the Catholic Chaplain with preparing food purchases for RE events and coordinating the purchase and pickup with Religious Program Specialists (RP).
n. Assisting the Catholic Chaplain with preparing an annual CCD calendar.
o. Notifying the Catholic Chaplain at least seven days before any planned time-off or leave.
p. Submit ministry metrics as required to include logging daily activity and ministry metrics in the CRP-AT tool within the CNIC G2 portal. Contractor will require Common Access Card (CAC) or equivalent and OneNet and shared drive access.
q. Submitting a monthly statement of services for payment. The statement should include a daily statement of time worked and brief statement of duties performed.
6. LEVEL OF EFFORT
(a) The Government recommended Level of Effort for the performance of this requirement is one individual at 624 hours/year, estimated 12 hours per week.
(b) Coordinated any anticipated leave of absences and necessary coverage with the Command Chaplain.
(c) The Government Recommended Estimated Level of Effort is the Government’s forecasted hours for successful performance of the contract, however as this is a performance based acquisition, offerors may propose the appropriate number of hours which are suitable to their performance based approach.
7. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT
Office space, computer workstation, and other supplies will be provided to complete this effort.
8. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The period of performance will be for 12 months from date of award estimated to be 15 January 2021 through 14 January 2024.
9. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
Performance will occur principally at the NASSIG Chapel, onboard the NAS 1 installation in Sicily, Italy without any travel. Access to N installations is required. Working hours will be coordinated with the RMT; performance must be compatible with NASSIG Chapel operating hours from 0730 until 1600 hours Sunday through Friday, except Federal Holidays or when the Government facility if closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.
