Purpose of Role:

Prepare cost accounting records such as subcontracting, field service, sales costs, and research and development costs. Computes project costs, compares actual costs to estimates and analyze variances.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • To produce company business plan and budget by performing the following activities:

        gathers budget's relevant information from Departments

        elaborates data and ask clarifications

        consolidates data and submits results to Finance Control

  • to prepare forecasting documentation by performing the following activities:

        analyzes up-to-date data with Accounting Department contribution

        revises budget's year end results on the bases of actual data

        submits results to Finance Control

  • to produce the projects' cost structure by collecting relevant information from other departments and inserting inputs such as tendering data; revises project cost and make cost adjustments; performs variance analysis;
  • to collaborate with other departments to evaluate capex pre and post purchase (payback period, NPV);
  • to prepare monthly consolidated reporting for input, output, margins and internal profitability;
  • to analyze inventory level by receiving inputs from the Warehouse Department and assess inventory level, inventory evaluation, inventory differences etc;
  • to interface with local management and international peers;
  • to collaborate with the Plant Controller and Information System manager in developing new or enhancing existing systems and procedures, and therefore to understand the local conditions;
  • to ensure processes are in place that comply fully with applicable laws (IFRS) and Trillium policies;
  • to manage a team of people

 

Education and Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree in Business Administration with major in Finance or Accounting.

Thorough experience in Administration 5 years in the Planning & Control Functions of dynamic and highly structured Companies. Familiarity with multinational Company is preferred. Knowledge of IFRS principles and experience in understanding logics to prepare monthly trial balance. Familiarity with projects accounting and cost control is required. Thorough experience with SAP CO and preferably also PS module. Expertise of national and international accountancy principles. Excellent Computer skills.

Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written is a must.

che riportando al Responsabile Amministrazione Finanza e Controllo, si occuperà di gestire le attività inerenti al controllo di gestione industriale, contribuendo alla messa a punto degli strumenti e all’ottimizzazione del sistema di contabilità industriale e di pianificazione e controllo.

 

 

La posizione si occuperà di:

  • Assicurare la correttezza del processo di calcolo dei costi diretti di prodotto e dell’allocazione dei costi indiretti di struttura ed analizzare gli scostamenti tra costo standard e costo effettivo;
  • Monitorare e verificare il programma di manutenzione e aggiornamento dei cicli di lavorazione e produzione in team con l’ingegneria di processo, qualità e produzione;
  • Effettuare la costificazione dei prodotti a supporto dei preventivi di vendita ai clienti della funzione commerciale;
  • Assicurare la corretta e puntuale valorizzazione del magazzino, individuando criticità di obsolescenza e slow moving;
  • Elaborare il budget annuale e i forecast infrannuali (economici e patrimoniali) e le relative consuntivazioni mensili;
  • Effettuare l’analisi degli scostamenti rispetto al budget individuando le possibili cause e proponendo le eventuali azioni correttive;
  • Effettuare l’analisi e la consuntivazione del budget investimenti;
  • Curare lo sviluppo del sistema di budgeting e reporting e la gestione, nel corso dell’anno, dei due processi. Fornire con regolarità dati, informazioni, report ed analisi sull’attività e sui risultati economici e finanziari della Società.

 

 

 

Requisiti

Si richiedono:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o in Economia;
  • Esperienza di almeno 4/5 anni in ambito contabilità analitica/controllo di gestione maturata in ambito manifatturiero all’interno di realtà internazionali strutturate di dimensioni medio-grandi;
  • Buona cultura industriale, spiccata capacità di analisi e costruzione dei costi di produzione, ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di budgeting e forecasting e delle procedure di calcolo del costo del prodotto;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Ottima padronanza degli strumenti di Office Automation;
  • Conoscenza di SAP moduli FI/CO, strumenti di Business Intelligence e applicativo AS400;
  • Ottime capacità analitiche, problem solving, autonomia e propositività, flessibilità, doti relazionali, di comunicazione ed attitudine al lavoro in team.

Description:

For Electrification Products, in the Business Unit Distribution Systems, in order to strengthen the Global Technology Center, we are looking for a LINUX Embedded SW Designer who will join the Technology Center based in Dalmine (BG):

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Work on embedded software for diagnostic, monitoring, control and driving of electromechanical apparatus.
  • Involved in all the steps of an R&D project from technical definition to the testing gate at both level electronic device and MV apparatus.
  • Contribute in suggesting effective technical solutions applications, equipment and methods to develop market or manufacture new products and new software to respond cost effectively to customer requirements.
  • The activities will involve engineering: the LINUX Embedded SW Designer will perform assigned engineering tasks as a member of a team in R&D, Software, Design or Operations. He/she will assist in providing consulting services to business operations and customers.
  • Provide support to all the steps of the HW/FW integration in the final product, control tuning and optimization based on the required Circuit Breaker performances, mechatronics optimizations, industrialization, manufacturing is part of the duties. the LINUX Embedded SW Designer will be involved in international project within the R&D Electronics for Apparatus team.

Personal Skills and Characteristics:

  • Master degree in Computer Science/Electronic Engineer (or similar), PhD in Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or similar curricula represents a preferable title.
  • At least three-five years of professional experience in SW Linux embedded development, C/C++, Python scripting and system administration, build systems for embedded Linux distributions such as Buildroot, Yocto or PTXdist.
  • Proven experience in Real-time operating systems, development of unit tests for code quality validation, HW/FW functional testing with automatic tests system and test of the electronic devices in the final applications are part of background experiences.
  • Experience with cyber security in embedded systems, bootloaders such as U-Boot, Barebox and/or secure boot, kernel and drivers development and tweaking to support new hardware components will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a multitask/multisource team, sharing ideas, recommendations and improvements for control platform is a must.

Here at Amazon we are looking to hire an experienced Reliability Engineering Manager to join the team in one of our highly automated and fast paced Fulfillment Centers (FC).
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Reliability Engineering Manager is the site lead for all Engineering matters within a building. They are responsible for leading their team and building a culture of safety; for ensuring all statutory compliance requirements are followed to provide a safe working environment for all occupants of the building; for providing a high level of equipment availability to the General Manager and for working with the EU Engineering team to plan for future growth. They are also required to take part in network wide improvement initiatives and to implement standards created elsewhere in the network.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the team, own the annual reporting responsibilities for the team and mentor their direct reports who in turn develop the technicians within the team.
  • Work with the site Safety department & Site Leadership to implement, record and audit safety and statutory compliance programmes to provide a safe working environment for all staff. Own the legal responsibilities as the site engineering lead within this framework.
  • Work with the recruitment team to ensure allocated headcount is filled with high quality experienced staff. This may include support to Apprentice and Graduate programmes.
  • Implement standards validated by the EU Engineering team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to create or update standards as required in order to provide high levels of safety and equipment availability to our internal customers. A key focus is on preventative maintenance programmes.
  • Maintain equipment failure contingency plans, drive rehearsals with affected parties and be prepared to work in a flexible manner to ensure failures or breakdowns are rectified as quickly as possible.
  • Maintain a long term focus by working with Site Management, Finance, the EU Engineering team and internal design teams to plan for future growth, upgrades or new equipment roll outs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of Engineering team leadership experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) from an accredited university or 2+ years experience in an Amazon engineering team.
  • Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Excellent communications skills (written & verbal) in English and the local language.
  • Experience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time but work from the FC in the northwest Italy.

Experience and know-how:Training course in accordance with Article 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08 (RSPP or ASPP) is considered a plus.

Trillium Pumps Italy - Gabbioneta Pumps® is looking for a Cost Controller.

 

Purpose of Role:

Prepare cost accounting records such as subcontracting, field service, sales costs, and research and development costs. Computes project costs, compares actual costs to estimates and analyze variances.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • To produce company business plan and budget by performing the following activities:

        gathers budget's relevant information from Departments

        elaborates data and ask clarifications

        consolidates data and submits results to Finance Control

  • to prepare forecasting documentation by performing the following activities:

        analyzes up-to-date data with Accounting Department contribution

        revises budget's year end results on the bases of actual data

        submits results to Finance Control

  • to produce the projects' cost structure by collecting relevant information from other departments and inserting inputs such as tendering data; revises project cost and make cost adjustments; performs variance analysis;
  • to collaborate with other departments to evaluate capex pre and post purchase (payback period, NPV);
  • to prepare monthly consolidated reporting for input, output, margins and internal profitability;
  • to analyze inventory level by receiving inputs from the Warehouse Department and assess inventory level, inventory evaluation, inventory differences etc;
  • to interface with local management and international peers;
  • to collaborate with the Plant Controller and Information System manager in developing new or enhancing existing systems and procedures, and therefore to understand the local conditions;
  • to ensure processes are in place that comply fully with applicable laws (IFRS) and Trillium policies;
  • to manage a team of people

 

Education and Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree in Business Administration with major in Finance or Accounting.

Thorough experience in Administration 5 years in the Planning & Control Functions of dynamic and highly structured Companies. Familiarity with multinational Company is preferred. Knowledge of IFRS principles and experience in understanding logics to prepare monthly trial balance. Familiarity with projects accounting and cost control is required. Thorough experience with SAP CO and preferably also PS module. Expertise of national and international accountancy principles. Excellent Computer skills.

Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written is a must.
