Job Description

What will you take care of?

We are looking for a candidate to be placed in the Manufacturing Engineering department of Nonantola.

The goal of the stage is the implementation of the Lean Production solutions.

The resource will support the team in the following activities:

Help shaping the futureYou will be involved in the start-up and stabilization of the lean production process within the organization. You will lead Lean transformation projects. Through your contribution, the Supply Chain will be modeled to optimize the material flow, and all other business processes.

Experience cooperation: You will have to manage the suppliers for the purchase and procurement of the material necessary for the physical realization of the Supermarket;

Take on responsibility: You will be involved in defining standardized testing criteria, in order to minimize waste and optimize processes.

Experience internationality: You will be placed in a multinational context; you will come into contact with customers and suppliers who come from different parts of the world.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Education: Thesis student in Management  or Mechanical Engineering. It will be possible to develop an experimental thesis with a topic to be agreed in the field of logistics and supply chain

Experience and know-how: Academic knowledge; strong interest in issues related to logistics and the supply chain.

Working Method: Structured andanalytical thinking; familiar with MS Office.

Personality: High level of teamwork; goal- oriented person;  good analytical and communication skills.

The Maserati Connectivity team operates in sync with global teams of Stellantis, in order to be integrated in the global processes and guarantee that Maserati requirements are recognized and executed.

 

We are looking for a Service Planner that will take responsibility for Maserati Connected services portfolio and roadmap, supporting  each service during the initial phase of service lifecycle: ideation, benchmark, service definition, use cases.

 

The Service Planner has to follow the entire Maserati Product line for Connectivity through all the expected regions and countries.

 

 

 

Main activities

 

  • Act as Maserati point of reference in the Global Connectivity process to guarantee Maserati needs are incorporated in the global service roadmaps;
  • Ideation: propose new services relevant for Maserati, based on customer needs and competitors benchmark analysis;
  • Description: prepare Functional Requirement documents (FCR) with detailed service use cases description;
  • Technical handover: guarantee the service is understood by technical development team development, and secure handover for the execution phase (FCR handover);
  • Support: support the development team withbusiness/customer driven directions when deviations occur during the execution phase;
  • Cooperation with global Stellantis teams to guarantee Maserati requirements;
  • Be the owner of Maserati Connected services catalog and commercial offer;
  • Define commercial offer (services packages, duration, prices) for each region and each model;
  • Maintain an up to date benchmark document by monitoring competitors regularly;
  • Define thecosts associated to each commercial offer (operational costs, variable costs) by analysis of the agreements with suppliers, and liaising with all involved departments (purchasing, ICT, legal, etc.);
  • Act as focal point for Maserati Connectivity expansion to new markets;
  • Identify need of expansion to new markets based on Maserati priorities and competitive scenario;
  • Define business requirements and liaise with all departments to facilitate the complete input for the business case;
  • Present the business case to Maserati leadership and to governance meetings for approval.

  • New / innovative Connected service for Maserati service roadmap are defined;
  • Maserati Connected services are included in global roadmap in sync with Maserati models rollout plan;

Requirements

 

  • University degree in Business Administration / Engineering
  • Seniority/Years in the position: 5+ years of experience in planning roles within the automotive industry;
  • Previous field or companies: Must-have experience in mid/large structured companies (min- 5 years)

Job Description:

Huntsman have a new opportunity for an R&D Technician with a background in Polymer Chemistry to join our manufacturing site in Modena. Reporting to the Technical Development Manager you will be involved in a project focused on the development of a new product for the dosing and casting of hot cast polyurethane, whilst also contributing to several innovation projects within our HTE business.

As the R&D Technician, you will:

  • Work as a key member of our R&D / Operations team supporting a range of ongoing innovation projects
  • Support formulation, testing and application of elastomer products to use within our custom built dosing equipment
  • Work in full compliance with the ethics and EHS guidelines of the company and of competition law                                                            
  • Implement all necessary operations on the machine reactors to conduct the synthesis of existing formulations as well as innovative formulations to meet niche customer requirements
  • Support business operations ranging from procurement of goods and innovation planning through to packaging of formulation shipments
  • Manage multiple projects, defining priorities and respecting deadlines
  • Build collaborative relationships within the team in Modena and within the Global Innovation team in Belgium
  • Use technical knowledge to acquire and maintain updated information concerning areas such as technological development, reference market needs and regulation

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree in Chemistry and/or Industrial Chemistry with previous experience in an application development or research & development role within the Chemicals sector
  • Good knowledge of Polymer technology with any exposure to Polyurethanes being desirable
  • Ability to author technical reports and develop and adjust chemical formulations as per customer requirements
  • Interest in lab-based working alongside operational responsibilities relating to industrial machinery

SUMMARY OF ROLE


By joining us as Resident Field Service Engineer your role will be to support one of our customer based in Ferrara, delivering activities required for maintenance, troubleshooting and incident resolution and on call services to DeltaV DCS/SIS.
You will be responsible for technical support, system upgrade, warranty services, training, small configuration and/or modifications, according to the Emerson standards of safety and quality.


You will become part of our Lifecycle Services team, within the Automation Solutions division,
which helps our customers carry out maintenance, improve reliability and boost performance of
their DeltaV systems.


We typically engage with the latest technologies and products within the DeltaV portfolio, with a
focus on Virtualization, System Upgrades and Cybersecurity enhancements through add-ons such as Backup & Recovery, System Health Monitoring, Patch Management and Endpoint Security
deployments and maintenance.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:


bull; Product Knowledge


o keeping up to date with the latest developments and specializing in certain technologies and/or products for which you will be executing services; for example Virtualization, DeltaV Upgrades (physical and virtualised), Backup & Recovery, System Health, Monitoring, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, DeltaV configuration and graphics, SIS, etc.


bull; Customer Support


o Perform tasks for system maintenance and performance assessments.
o Provide technical support to customers. Lead in investigation and responsible for resolution of system related customer complaints and reported problems. Make troubleshooting of the problem, provide and/or recommend solutions to these complaints/problems. Will be in contact with Emerson Tech support group in Manila and USA to have more level customer support.
o Provide remote (phone, internet) technical support assistance for System users of DeltaV DCS.
o Be able and willing to perform on-call shift based services (if applicable) and emergency call-out services to provide customers with fast and efficient services.
o Execute the requested job in the best way to meet customerrsquo;s deadlines and expectations.
o Communicate issues concerning customer satisfaction or customer requests for Emerson support to the responsible person in Service Management or Sales Management.
o Work closely with Long Term Service Agreement Program Manager to meet KPIrsquo;s and overall Control system performance.


bull; Service Execution


o Execute Service tasks in accordance with Service Management Office guidelines and certifications.
o Use effectively Service tools (SMS, Guardian, etc) as well as other internal tools (CRM, INAZ, Clarity, Service Apphellip;).
o Perform his job within a team and collaborating with other departments in a matrix organization as sales, projects, administrative, warehouse.
o Adhere to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
o Adhere to the companyrsquo;s and customer HSEQ (Safety) standards at all times
o Keep workshop/workplace(s) tidy, in order and representative.

o Perform system acceptance tests, installation, commissioning, training, fault analysis and rectification work at customer sites and installations.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:


bull; Degree in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical / electrical, computer science, or control systems (Minimum technical College level) preferred.
bull; Experience in process industry such as Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Refineries.
bull; Experience in DCS application (knowledge of DeltaV DCS being an advantage) preferred.

The Candidate reporting directly to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, will deal with:

- Critical analysis of the technical specifications of the order and of new product development, as project Technical Leader, with the support of Structural Analysis Team and the specialists of the other Engineering disciplines;

The Candidate is a Graduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is required.

Complete the profile:

- 5 years experience as a designer of mechanical components and systems, using CAD methodologies gained preferably in companies in the same sector and / or in the automotive, aerospace or railway sector.

- Knowledge of data acquisition systems, development of test, measurement and control applications;

- Knowledge (theoretical and practical) of fluid dynamics and structural analysis methodologies;

- Knowledge of at least one FEM software (desired Ansys);

- Excellent knowledge of at least one CAD software (CREO desired);


Nice to have:

- Passion, knowledge and a strong interest in a wide range of logistic solutions;

- Ability to translate automatic logistic system and sub-system performance designs into practical computer simulation implementations (cad and fem);

Technical Key Account Manager

Il Key Account Manager riconoscere le opportunità e trasforma i lead in partnership di lunga durata. Grazie alla sua conoscenza dei servizi erogati e della correlazione tra gli stessi e la soluzione dei bisogni delle industrie e grazie alla comprensione delle tendenze del settore, il KAM comunicherà direttamente con clienti e potenziali clienti, capirà le loro esigenze specifiche e consiglierà i servizi che massimizzano il valore dell’investimento del cliente, aiuterà inoltre a sviluppare strategie commerciali.

La risorsa sarà inserita nel gruppo Commerciale, riferirà al CEO e si occuperà di gestire le relazioni commerciali con i principali clienti dell’azienda, dall’individuazione dei bisogni alla definizione dei servizi, alla gestione dell’offerta fino all’incasso. I clienti con i quali dovrà relazionarsi sono realtà leader nei loro settori: principalmente aziende manifatturiere dei settori automotive, aerospace, automazione, biomedicale.

PROFILO RICERCATO

Al Technical Key Account Manager, oltre a una cultura tecnica, supportata da laurea in materia scientifica, sono richieste spiccate doti relazionali e una buona competenza nell’utilizzo dei sistemi informatici e di comunicazione.

Il candidato ideale, appassionato di relazioni con i clienti e concentrato sul miglioramento dell'esperienza del committente, è una persona in grado di organizzarsi in autonomia, in sinergia con le politiche aziendali, opera per obiettivi, rendiconta le proprie attività.

Responsabilità:

  • Fornisce supporto ai clienti apprendendo e soddisfacendo le loro esigenze.

  • Effettua chiamate a freddo o contatta potenziali clienti.

  • Segue i potenziali clienti nel processo di vendita per garantire che le loro esigenze siano soddisfatte.

  • Conosce, presenta e dimostra il valore dei servizi ai potenziali acquirenti.

  • Imputa e analizza i dati per determinare le tendenze di mercato e del singolo cliente.

  • Contribuisce allo sviluppo di strategie commerciali.

  • Prende in carico progetti di sviluppo commerciale.

  • Cura il proprio aggiornamento sui servizi offerti dall’azienda e sulle tendenze del settore.

  • Gestisce il database di informazioni di contatto.

  • Costruisce relazioni durature e reciprocamente vantaggiose con contatti esterni e dipartimenti interni per creare una migliore esperienza del cliente.

Requisiti:

  • Valori personali allineati con quelli caratterizzanti la Responsabilità Sociale d’Impresa UNI EN ISO 26000:2010.

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella mansione di tecnico/commerciale in uno degli ambiti di riferimento (aziende manifatturiere dei settori automotive, aerospace, automazione, biomedicale e, in generale, aziende manifatturiere).

  • Capacità di comprendere le esigenze del cliente e gestire il processo di negoziazione.

  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta.

  • Ottime capacità di gestione del tempo.

  • Laurea preferibilmente in ingegneria o materia scientifica, o diploma tecnico industriale.

  • Indispensabile una buona padronanza della lingua inglese (livello C1), mentre la conoscenza di una seconda lingua, anche a livello B1-B2, verrebbe valutata favorevolmente.

Sede di lavoro: Modena, con possibilità di trasferte, non solo sul territorio nazionale.

Contratto di assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato, livello, retribuzione e benefit saranno commisurati alla reale esperienza.

Job Description

What will you take care of?

We are looking for a candidate to be placed in the Manufacturing Engineering department of Nonantola.

The goal of the stage is the implementation of the Lean Production solutions.

The resource will support the team in the following activities:

Help shaping the futureYou will be involved in the start-up and stabilization of the lean production process within the organization. You will lead Lean transformation projects. Through your contribution, the Supply Chain will be modeled to optimize the material flow, and all other business processes.

Experience cooperation: You will have to manage the suppliers for the purchase and procurement of the material necessary for the physical realization of the Supermarket;

Take on responsibility: You will be involved in defining standardized testing criteria, in order to minimize waste and optimize processes.

Experience internationality: You will be placed in a multinational context; you will come into contact with customers and suppliers who come from different parts of the world.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Education: Thesis student in Management  or Mechanical Engineering. It will be possible to develop an experimental thesis with a topic to be agreed in the field of logistics and supply chain

Experience and know-how: Academic knowledge; strong interest in issues related to logistics and the supply chain.

Working Method: Structured andanalytical thinking; familiar with MS Office.

Personality: High level of teamwork; goal- oriented person;  good analytical and communication skills.
