che, in collaborazione con il Business Manager, si occuperà di sviluppare le vendite del canale sul territorio italiano, definendo ed implementando piani di sviluppo per la rete di distributori nel complesso e per ogni singolo distributore.

La posizione, in particolare, dovrà:

• Assicurare lo sviluppo e la migliore gestione della rete di distributori (analisi delle quote di mercato, monitoraggio dei risultati conseguiti, verifica della struttura e delle potenzialità) curando i necessari interventi di affiancamento, formazione e motivazione;
• Organizzare e coordinare le attività sul territorio definendo priorità e strategie e trasmetterle in modo efficace ai distributori al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi definiti;
• Promuovere le visite ai Key Client, in affiancamento ai distributori, in coerenza con le strategie aziendali e le opportunità del territorio;
• Definire obiettivi, strategie di prezzo ed eventuali scontistiche, in collaborazione con il Business Manager;
• Supportare il Business Manager nella redazione del budget annuale e nel monitoraggio delle performance.

Si richiedono:

• Laurea specialistica preferibilmente in Scienze dell’Alimentazione o cultura equivalente;
• Qualificata esperienza professionale di almeno 8 anni in analoga posizione maturata presso aziende di produzione di generi alimentari oppure in aziende produttrici e/o distributrici di ingredienti alimentari o semilavorati funzionali per l’industria alimentare;
• Forti capacità di coinvolgimento e gestione delle persone;
• Eccellenti capacità di presentazione e gestione di negoziazioni complesse;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti Office Automation (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Orientamento al risultato, autonomia e proattività.

La conoscenza del settore lattiero caseario costituirà un requisito preferenziale in fase di selezione.

Siamo alla ricerca di un giovane laureato da inserire nell'area Financial Controlling di gruppo. Il candidato si occuperà, con il supporto del responsabile di area, della predisposizione del reporting delle società controllate, del monitoraggio delle performance aziendali e dell’analisi degli scostamenti.

Tasks

·        Analisi mensile della situazione economica e patrimoniale delle società controllate, italiane ed estere;

·        Redazione del budget annuale e dei forecast periodici, sia a livello locale che a livello consolidato;

·        Supporto alla contabilità generale e all’area Operations per le chiusure periodiche

·        Implementazione di procedure di controllo trasversali alle varie funzioni aziendali per garantire la compliance con le linee guida della capogruppo.

Qualifications

•          Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o in discipline economiche;
•          Esperienza di almeno due anni nell’ambito del Controllo di Gestione, preferibilmente in aziende industriali di medie-grandi dimensioni e di media-alta complessità italiane ed estere;
•          Ottima padronanza di Excel.
•          Gradita conoscenza dei sistemi ERP SAP e/o Navision;
•          Spiccate doti di analisi critica dei dati, proattività e attenzione ai dettagli;
•          Competenza nella gestione del dato contabile e nella lettura critica di un bilancio
•          Competenze di base dei flussi logistici e produttivi in contesti industriali;
•          Buone doti relazionali;
•          Inglese fluente (requisite indispensabile).

Under the guidance of the Internal Project Manager’s Manager, you will take day-to-day responsibility for supporting Project Managers and Product Selection and Quotation Specialists, helping them manage clients and projects. Starting from the request for quotation, the Internal Project Manager follows the entire order management process up to the actual delivery, guaranteeing the respect of the deadlines.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Project Execution

• Supervise the internal execution of the project, for the operations related to the production plant
• Follow the issue of the bill of materials, guarantee the timely execution of the project, in line with the client's expectations
• Participate in all kickoff-meetings (KOM) and ensure that Quality procedures and technical details are carried out correctly, reviewing the entered data
• Ensure that the product is available for inspections and support the Project Managers with timely shipment
• Support project execution within the defined timeframe while proactively managing risks and potential delays and supporting the Project Manager in increasing the margin
• Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager, detecting any deviations from what has been programmed
• Solve the critical points of the project in a proactive way, guaranteeing the delivery of the product within the time required by the clients

Project Site Lead

• Act as reference for questions and work progress status
• Communicate with key functions (planning, operations, supply, engineering, quality, shipping, etc.) for production-related audits and share with them the project requirements, ensuring timely communication between the various departments
• Conduct Kick off Meeting and supervise all follow up activities related to the production, ensuring the completion of incomplete activities according to the timing required by the customer
• Conduct Pre-Inspection Meetings and ensures proper follow-up of all agreed activities
• Liaise with Engineering and Production for monitoring work progress and act as a contact point for technical changes
• Work closely with Production Planning, Buyer, Suppliers, Value Streams & Quality to ensure project timelines are met
• Support Project Managers and PSQ functions during the listing phase
• Manage the order reviews
• Provide the information needed for corporate project planning, including: delivery times, key milestones
• Identify any risks associated with the execution of the project and undertake mitigating actions.

Customer Relationship

• Manage clients and/or their representatives during local visits and inspections
• Prepare the program for inspections and shipping, ensuring compliance with the deadline shared with the clients

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in project management
• Ability to understand technical details
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (especially Excel), and preferably working experience with any ERP system
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Decision making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees at different levels in the organisation
• Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude and high-level personal integrity
• Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken).

In this role you will be leading the team that is responsible for the development and design of the products. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Work closely with the Engineering Director in developing new projects and products, improving the existing ones and increasing the diversity of available products;
• Be responsible for developing calculation modules for the correct sizing of product components;
• Be responsible for calculation tests and valves sizing using finite-elements programs (ANSYS), spreadsheets (Excel, MathCAD) and based on standards regulations;
• Responsible for the compliance to safety standards as per Pressure Equipment Directive (PED);
• Be responsible for establishing and sharing priorities with the team;
• Develop concept studies to be shared with the team and on which will be based subsequent production;
• Conduct studies and analysis in order to develop new products as per specific requests and data sheets from clients, interfacing with all other functions involved (i.e. Engineering, Production, etc.);
• Support Manufacturing Required Change with a shared first analysis and future procedure updates;
• Distribute workload and give input to peers to review and update standard product drawings to be continuously aligned with the changes in the production methods.
• Support new products and families of product development, from preliminary analysis to the release of the final project;
• Identify and coordinate plans of validation to support the development of the product.
• Support Application Engineering when necessary to identify new projects and solutions during the offer process;
• Support Product Engineering in detailing and finalizing the design of new products in case of an order received;
• Support Product Engineering during manufacturing in case deviations and changes are needed that requires a change in the project;
• Be responsible for supervision of external workers when performing work/services within area of responsibilities (visitors’ badge, compliance with behavioral and safety rules, application of prevention and protection measures).

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering;
• Good knowledge of technical English;
• Excellent knowledge of key industry regulations;
• Good knowledge of metallurgy;
• Excellent abilities with CAD 3D and technical drawings;
• Knowledge of PLM is good to have;
• Knowledge of processes and plants where the product is mainly used is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of IT systems (Office), finite-element programs (ANSYSstructural and fluid dynamics);
• Experience in managing complex teams within structured businesses;
• Preferable background in a coordination and/or design role;
• Experience in design and/or technical drawings.
