E-Commerce Key Account

La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Direttore Commerciale, si occuperà di attività di account management, digital marketing e product management con i clienti E-COMMERCE (compreso AMAZON) con l’obiettivo di raggiungere il target dei ricavi di vendita e gli obiettivi di profitto incrementando la presenza online dei prodotti.

Attività e Responsabilità Chiave:

• Negoziare in maniera efficacie accordi annuali con i puri players dell’E-COMMERCE
• Sviluppare piani, KPI e obiettivi da raggiungere per ogni partner E-COMMERCE
• Mantenere un equilibrio commerciale con gli altri canali distributivi tramite il confronto diretto e costante con i CA farmacia ed erboristeria.
• Definire e implementare strategie Go to Market con team cross funzionali (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, digital)
• Identificare nuovi trend E-COMMERCE e opportunità per la crescita del Business e implementare piani di azione
• Preparare e presentare i nuovi prodotti/formati ai partner E-COMMERCE attuali e prospect.
• Gestire specifici eventi sales grazie alla raccolta di informazioni dal dipartimento marketing per garantire la visibilità del brand e migliorare le sales performance
• Analizzare e interpretare i risultati di vendita dei partner E-COMMERCE per identificare i punti di forza, le debolezze e le opportunità per lo sviluppo del business
• Lavorare in sinergia con il digital per migliorare le sales performance attraverso dli investimenti media per garantire un giusto livello di ROI.

Requisiti e Competenze:

• Almeno tre anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo
• Interesse e passione per il mondo Sales e Digital
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e capacità di creare un forte senso di collaborazione all’interno dell’organizzazione
• Abilità di gestire simultaneamente vari progetti e di rispettare le scadenze.
• Attitudine results oriented, capacità di gestire Budget e Forecast
• Proattività, attitudine positiva e approccio innovativo
• Forte attitudine analitica, capacità di problem solving e project management
• Attenzione al dettaglio e gestione di attività complesse
• Disponibilità a trasferte sull’intero territorio nazionale per incontrare i Clienti

É richiesta un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e dei programmi del pacchetto MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).

La risorsa, in riporto funzionale alla Direzione Qualità di Gruppo, si occuperà di garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività volte ad assicurare la rispondenza del Prodotto agli standard qualitativi auspicati dal Cliente, secondo quanto condiviso con la Direzione Qualità, la Direzione di stabilimento ed il Project Management.

• Laurea preferibilmente in ambito Tecnico-Ingegneristico, Chimico o Chimico industriale;
• Auspicata esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni maturata nella funzione Qualità Prodotto/Processo all’interno di un’azienda manifatturiera di stampo multinazionale e/o comunque modernamente organizzata;
• Provenienza da realtà aziendali operanti preferibilmente nel settore Vetro e/o Food & Beverage;
• Buona padronanza dei principali Tools applicati in ambito Qualità e Lean Manufacturing;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello scritto e parlato;

Responsabilità:

• Essere attore e supporto nella progettazione, implementazione, monitoraggio e miglioramento del Sistema di Gestione della Qualità.
• Garantire la coerenza del Sistema e la conformità alle esigenze delle Norme ISO 9001 e FSSC 22000
• Assicurare, in collaborazione con i responsabili di reparto di riferimento, il controllo dei processi in outsourcing e dei fornitori e promuovere le attività di valutazione degli stessi mediante l’effettuazione di audit.
• Garantire l’individuazione e la messa a Sistema dei requisiti di Qualità Prodotto, Servizio e sicurezza alimentare attesi dai Clienti.
• Assicurare la gestione delle Non Conformità cliente, come da procedure aziendali, garantendo il monitoraggio dei costi della Non Qualità.
• Garantire all’interno dello stabilimento l’adozione dei metodi Verallia Industrial Management (Quick Kaizen, Basic Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, etc.) per l’analisi delle cause profonde delle non conformità in modo da individuare e pianificare le azioni correttive atte a rimuoverle

for our Braking plant in Mondovi, Italy. In this role you will be responsible for all activities meant to improve and to manage the production equipment, the Mix & Backplates Department, the press process, and the heat treatment. You will also be the interface between colleagues in central technologies (AME department), machine manufacturers and the plant. Finally, you will work directly with the colleagues - both from maintenance and production areas- in order to coordinate all the extraordinary maintenance activities of the production facilities.

Our production site in Mondovi counts 330 employees and is specialized in the production of brake pads for the OE and Original Equipment Suppliers Global market.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all the maintenance activities of the production facilities
• Being responsible of the installation of the new equipment
• Improve the pre-existing installations (analyzing and synthesizing recurring problems thanks to the implementation of specific improvement actions)
• Organize project progress meetings with suppliers
• Valuate and share with plant colleagues any issue that might impact overall timing
• Organize pre-hatching tests for the suppliers
• Define purchasing specifications
• Collaborate with the machine supplier in order to guarantee the development of the project -from designing to commissioning- in accordance with the timing and technical characteristics of it
• The role reports directly to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager

What will make you successful

• Bachelor degree or equal by experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in automotive industry
• Strong experience working with hydraulic press systems, and with automated systems used in the automotive branch in general
• Basic knowledge of the logics of LEAN Production and the WCM
• Very good problem-solving skills and team working ability
• Advanced communications skills in Italian and English are mandatory
