Responsibilities:
The following are specific duties performed on a daily basis:

  • Provide general research and intelligence to the office (eg. monitoring media, institutional developments, policy and legislative updates)
  • Develop understanding of different client/ industry issues through research and monitoring across a wide range of relevant issues
  • Draft client materials (eg. monitoring, policy and stakeholder mappings, etc.)

GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales of Ansell products, solutions and services to designated Existing & New Key Account End-User targets, both Global & National.

In addition, you will ensure the management and development of a yearly End-User key account plan, tracked monthly.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

In your role you will be in charge of the following (the list is not exhaustive):

  • Plan and develop sales strategies and/or market penetration strategies for designated Global & National key end-users in order to achieve approved revenue and profit goals
  • Launch and follow-up of conversion projects within Global & National targeted end-users

The opportunity:
As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will work closely with colleagues at all levels on research, writing, media, and creative problem-solving. The EH&S Manager will have the RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione) responsibility for Mutti SpA as defined by Decreto Legislativo 81 and will define and implement strategies to ensure even more a safe and healthy work environment for our three production sites, based in Montechiarugolo (Mutti’s HQ), Collecchio e Oliveto Citra while coordinating three people through hierarchical/functional reporting. Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Designs the health and safety strategy for all our production plants

Mission:

 

The Head of Offer Management, reporting to IA Marketing Director, develops and implements strategic marketing plans and activities for Industrial Automaton department, ensuring the performance and competitiveness of our offer.

This role will liaise with country BUs, functions, IA Sales Organization, LOBs, and Global Marketing teams. He/She will bring the Industrial Automation offers to the market, defining the value proposition as needed, monitoring the success of the offers and the marketing plan and identifying necessary actions/recovery plan in case of poor performances.   

He/She will be responsible for coaching, developing and upskilling the Offer Management Team in the new market scenario.

He/She works closely with the country BUs on the customer platforming to maximize IA opportunities.

 

 

 

What will you do?

 

  • Understand the IA offer strategy with the BU and the MKTG Director, adapting it locally and ensuring each Offer Manger will master and apply it.
  • Deploy the offer roadmap per BU then per market segment with business potentialities
  • Coordinate all the IA offer launch plans delegated to the appropriate reference Offer Managers
  • Define in collaboration with all Businesses the IA Offers value proposition
  • Articulate the consistency of all IA offers all along the life cycles stages
  • Launch any new offer, monitoring success and revenue growth across BUs
  • Implement corporate communication tools and monitor the effectiveness
  • Organize Voice of Customers to provide feedback to the LOBs and improve local offer positioning
  • Perform competitive analysis and identify strengths and weaknesses, monitoring the market feedbacks
  • Manage IA offer pricing based on historical data / margin expectations. For this, he/she will rely on competition data and value base pricing
  • Animate the sales network by transferring and multiply offer knowledge and its compliance with the market
  • Monitor all the necessary elements to support completely the offer management performance (quality, logistics, training) in order to ensure the best Customer Experience

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in a Marketing role, building strategic, tactical and operational plans is a plus

Our Regional CAM is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing Systems Integrators, Digital Agencies, and eCommerce consultants focused on enterprise e-commerce - existing partners include Wunderman Thompson Commerce, Accenture, Deloitte Digital, EPAM, PFS LiveArea, Born Group, Tacit, Greenlight Commerce and E2X. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to manage the enterprise channel pipeline and go-to-market activities that bring new clients to the BigCommerce platform. Your passion and success will help enable our mission to democratize commerce and change people's lives through our platform. You will have experience of acquiring, managing and developing partners across multiple European countries with specific knowledge of the French, Benelux, Nordics, German, Italian or Spanish markets being especially useful. 

 

What you'll do

 

  • Drive indirect sales revenue by recruiting, onboarding, and managing Systems Integrators, Digital Agencies, eCommerce consultants, and Technology Partners.
  • Partner with Sales to drive lead volume and close deals.
  • Work with Partners to drive joint marketing initiatives through events and other marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the BigCommerce Enterprise Sales, Product, and Client Success teams (Onboarding and Account Management) to ensure smooth onboarding experiences and servicing processes of acquired merchants using partner integrations via the BigCommerce platform.   
  • Deliver compelling capabilities demonstrations of the BigCommerce platform and address high level technical questions, serving as as subject matter expert around how eCommerce platforms fit within overall digital commerce ecosystems. 
  • Work closely with the GM Europe and Strategic Business Development Director, Europe to project manage our European entry and execute on our strategy.

 

Who You Are

 

  • Someone with a demonstrable network of existing systems integrators and agencies within country
  • Successful Software or SaaS Sales Professional
    • 6+ years software, ecommerce or SaaS sales experience with a focus on consultative solutions selling in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
    • 3+ years experience in a quota based Channel Sales
    • Experience working in a Recurring Revenue or SaaS organization
    • Keen understanding of the ecommerce vendor competitive landscape
    • Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or similar field preferred.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects related to European market entry and expansion. Ability to prioritise activities, remain focused on strategic objectives whilst meeting tactical objectives
