Purpose of Role:

Reporting to the CO Manager in of the Commercial Operations team, he will carry out most of his activities during the offer drafting phase, working in close collaboration with the Application Engineer, acting as the main customer reference.

To coordinate all the activities that lead to overcoming the various phases of the customer order assignment process, satisfying the technical and information requirements of the different phases of the process, configuring the individual machines according to the needs expressed by the customer.

To define the cost of the different elements that make up the required configuration and provide Sales with all the elements supporting the final negotiation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Customer Material Requisition Analysis (received from Sales structure)
  • Selection of the individual items present in the customer's Material Re-acquisition, using the Intelliquip software selection form
  • Interaction with the "R&D" department for the definition / correction of selected curves for the items object of the customer MR.
  • Management of technical customer questions (Technical Queries or "Clarifications") in collaboration with AE
  • Support to the AE in the technical alignment phase of engineered supplies (seals and systems, drivers, control units, multipliers, recirculation valves)
  • Support for AE for TBE compilation (technical clarification tables).
  • Support for AE for the preparation and drafting of the comments / deviations list
  • Analysis of supplier offers on subcontracts engineered by definition of costs to be quoted in Intelliquip (it uses the support of the AEs).
  • Participation in technical alignment meeting / call, with possible presence at customer site.
  • Selection and enhancement of the configuration options present in Intelliquip, for the complete definition of the cost of the offer items.
  • Quotation of the offer costs relevant to the total offer (not defined at the individual item level).
  • Preparation of the "offer package", including the relative attachments.
  • Transfer to Intelliquip of the final negotiation output with the customer carried out by Sales.
  • Intelliquip generation of the ".xml" file for job creation in SAP.
  • Checking the purpose of supplying PO received by the customer (and related attachments), with the latest offer issued.
  • In collaboration with the PM, compiling summary table of the item on offer for planning network configuration purpose.
  • Participation in the Kick Off Meeting (KOM) internal order launch.
  • Update of the KPIs of the Com Ops team with progress data quotation process.

 

Education and Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree preferably in Mechanical engineering, at least three years experience in a similar role gained within an international context, excellent communication skills. Able to work independently with strong determination to achieve the goals and strong organizational skills, strong analytical and negotiating skills, strong customerfocus; pro-activity and autonomy. Knowledge of computer tools. Availability and willingness to travel.Excellent knowledge of English language

The Role
We are now looking for the Business Insights & Analytics Innovative Medicine Manager, Italy BI&A, who will leads a team of Insights and Analytics professionals for Innovative Medicine that generate and embed analytics and insights by proactively collaborating with Business Unit Directors and their commercial teams, identifying key business questions and developing and executing the full range of BI&A capabilities.
The Business Insights & Analytics Innovative Medicine Manager will be responsible for planning primary market research and analytics (including decision science, business performance reporting, and forecasting) to address key business questions in Italy for Innovative Medicine.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
+ Designs and implements analytics, performance management reporting, and forecasting for planned and ad-hoc needs
+ Builds relationships and effectively influences all senior management stakeholders (GM, BUDs, Marketing, Sales, Medical, BEP/BOs and Finance)
+ Applies global standards, models, and templates to drive high standards and consistency in analytics
+ Collaborates with analytics and market research counterparts in developing and executing the full range of analytics tools including decision science, field force analytics, business performance reporting, and forecasting to answer key business questions in Italy
+ Assists with Sales Force Analytics to enable optimal segmentation, targeting and sales force sizing – including developing an annual process for deploying Key Driver Analyses to inform the resource allocation decisions
+ Synthesizes from data from multiple sources to develop realistic, insightful and actionable recommendations; presents results of strategic projects (i.e., Field Force Analytics & Resource Allocation, Key Driver Analysis, In-Line Forecasts) in a coherent, meaningful way
+ Contributes to the development and deployment of innovative BI&A approaches, therapeutic area learnings and best practices within the global BI&A structure
+ Liaises with Worldwide, other geographies and functional teams for efficient sharing and strategic adoption of learnings and capabilities
+ Provides leadership in April and September Projection forecasting process as well as the annual market planning and budgeting process
+ Proactively manages the flow of planned and ad hoc requests to internal and external resources
+ Identifies relevant data sources and coordinates acquisition with procurement teams; utilizes subnational data to inform decisions
+ May lead third party contractors
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required
+ Master’s Degree in Economics or equivalent
+ MBA or Masters in a quantitative major or concentration preferred
+ 5+ years ofpharmaceutical/relatedmarket experience, including working knowledge of Market research and various analytical capabilities
+ Ability to leverage large, multi-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to frame issues and present to business stakeholders
+ Preferred: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare marketplace dynamics
+ Required: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
+ Strongly Recommended: Proficiency and familiarity with analytics/data tools such as, SAS, Access, Spotfire, Tableau, SQL, etc.
+ Good knowledge of Italian and English language

Per azienda cliente che opera nel settore Facility cerchiamo un/a impiegato/a operativo/a per la gestione del personale. Il candidato ideale ha esperienze nell'ufficio del personale preferibilmente con provenienza da aziende del settore facility supervisionerà l'operato dei dipendenti presenti sui vari siti, gestirà la turnistica, le urgenze, gli spostamenti del personale da un cantiere ad un altro, individuerà nuove risorse in caso di carenza del personale. L'impiegato operativo si occuperà di gestire tutti gli operatori presenti sul territorio laziale circa 1400 unità.

Orario di lavoro: 40 ore settimanali con reperibilità h24 dal lunedì alla domenica.

Zona di lavoro: Monterotondo
Si offre contratto diretto a tempo determinato iniziale di 3 mesi prorogabile di altri 6 mesi scopo inserimento.
