JOB SUMMARY


This position is responsible to properly cover the sales in a defined area in Italy for Branson.
He will have to follow the BRANSONrsquo;s sales strategies defined by the management and the sales manager, market studies, customer satisfaction, acquiring new customers, achieving budgeted sales goals. Will collaborate with the internal technical colleagues to define the right product to offer together with and solution.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Is responsible to properly follow all customerrsquo;s needs particularly OEM and key accounts
bull; Analyzing market and potential customers within his area
bull; Develops, in his area of activity the recommends strategies and executes sales.
bull; Working on other tasks given by sales manager



INTERACTIONS:


bull; Close collaboration with other core teams ndash; Service, Marketing, Product management etc.

SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Quality Engineer deals with the main missions of Quality:
bull; Customer Quality: manage customer claims to state corrective and preventive actions basing on the cases.
bull; Production Quality: collaborate to ensure the right quality level of products, working also to decrease non quality costs.
bull; NPD Quality: collaborate with Engineering during the First parts approval activities.
bull; Supplier Quality: promote the improvement of the suppliers and their effective cooperation.
MAIN JOB RESPONSABILITIES
bull; Manage the customer claim, setting the best corrective and preventive actions basing on the analysis.
bull; Perform product and process Audits, looking for implementation of preventive actions.
bull; Give support and cooperate with production Managers and Supervisors to set the right quality level of their products or services.
bull; Responsible for internal non conformities management.
bull; Promote the improvement of the suppliers and the development of their proactive behavior.
bull; Cooperate with Engineering Dpt during First parts approvals to help avoiding weakness in new projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
bull; Technical high school degree.
bull; Bachelor of Engineering desirable.
bull; 2 years minimum of successful Quality experience in a demanding environment (automotive, rail, aircrafts, Industry,hellip;).
bull; Good level of written and spoken English.
bull; Good communication skills.
bull; Very good knowledge of the quality methodologies as audit techniques, metrology, KPI monitoring, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, QRQC.
bull; Good knowledge of ISO 9001 norm.

Mission:

 

The Head of Offer Management, reporting to IA Marketing Director, develops and implements strategic marketing plans and activities for Industrial Automaton department, ensuring the performance and competitiveness of our offer.

This role will liaise with country BUs, functions, IA Sales Organization, LOBs, and Global Marketing teams. He/She will bring the Industrial Automation offers to the market, defining the value proposition as needed, monitoring the success of the offers and the marketing plan and identifying necessary actions/recovery plan in case of poor performances.   

He/She will be responsible for coaching, developing and upskilling the Offer Management Team in the new market scenario.

He/She works closely with the country BUs on the customer platforming to maximize IA opportunities.

 

 

 

What will you do?

 

  • Understand the IA offer strategy with the BU and the MKTG Director, adapting it locally and ensuring each Offer Manager will master and apply it.
  • Deploy the offer roadmap per BU then per market segment with business potentialities
  • Coordinate all the IA offer launch plans delegated to the appropriate reference Offer Managers
  • Define in collaboration with all Businesses the IA Offers value proposition
  • Articulate the consistency of all IA offers all along the life cycles stages
  • Launch any new offer, monitoring success and revenue growth across BUs
  • Implement corporate communication tools and monitor the effectiveness
  • Organize Voice of Customers to provide feedback to the LOBs and improve local offer positioning
  • Perform competitive analysis and identify strengths and weaknesses, monitoring the market feedbacks
  • Manage IA offer pricing based on historical data / margin expectations. For this, he/she will rely on competition data and value base pricing
  • Animate the sales network by transferring and multiply offer knowledge and its compliance with the market
  • Monitor all the necessary elements to support completely the offer management performance (quality, logistics, training) in order to ensure the best Customer Experience

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or Engineering
  • Solid experience in a Marketing role, building strategic, tactical and operational plans is a plus
  • People management and team coaching and development is a key skill to own and perform
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to communicate to C-level stakeholders
  • Able to work and deal in matrix organization models with strong business pressure
  • Excellent analytical skills, project management skills and strong MS Office Applications knowledge

Mission:

 

Ensuring the business development of the Digital offer (Digital Services, IoT applications and Software) and Automation through a dedicated Team for the Italian market. This team - in coordination with the different Channels and BUs - will work beside the sales force by providing a specialized commercial approach in the Software field with the aim of developing new needs and new opportunities on the identified target customers. The main reference market will be the End User market. The identified resource will report hierarchically to the VP Industrial Automation and will guarantee the achievement of the sales goal assigned in the Software and Automation field.

 

 

 

What will you do?

 

  • Identify target customers and sectors in alignment with the strategy of the Channels and the reference BUs
  • Ensuring the achievement of the annual sales target and the development of the pipeline of opportunities on a multi-year basis
  • Implement the action plans - in line with corporate strategy and the reference BUs - necessary to achieve the assigned objectives
  • Build a medium-long term Business Plan for business development in the Software / Digital field
  • Build and develop the Team in accordance with the defined Business Plan, ensuring an adequate upskilling path in relation to Consulting, Technological and Digital skills.
  • In collaboration with the System Integrator Business Development Manager, identify and develop IT / OT partners to support the strategy
