JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible to properly cover the sales in a defined area in Italy for Branson.
He will have to follow the BRANSONrsquo;s sales strategies defined by the management and the sales manager, market studies, customer satisfaction, acquiring new customers, achieving budgeted sales goals. Will collaborate with the internal technical colleagues to define the right product to offer together with and solution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
bull; Sales skills as resourcefulness and capacity to establish strong relationship with customers
bull; Technical background useful to evaluate the applications feasibility and potential risks.
Is responsible to properly follow all customerrsquo;s needs particularly OEM and key accounts
bull; Analyzing market and potential customers within his area
bull; Develops, in his area of activity the recommends strategies and executes sales.
bull; Working on other tasks given by sales manager
INTERACTIONS:
bull; Close collaboration with other core teams ndash; Service, Marketing, Product management etc.
bull; Expected to use CRM&CPQ tools
bull; Close daily reporting to the sales manager and good interaction with the sales team
POSITION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Business travel 75% - approximately 10% international travel
MINIMUM BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
bull; University Degree with a Technical focus
bull; Proven advanced PC skills required (MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
bull; Effective procedure and workflow documentation skills required
bull; Self-disciplined detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication
skills required
bull; English B2 Level
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
bull; Masterrsquo;s degree
bull; Specific knowledge of welding solutions and detailed knowledge of Branson product
bull; Specific Business Systems experience (CRM Oracle)
bull; Foreign language skills

Mission:
The Head of Offer Management, reporting to IA Marketing Director, develops and implements strategic marketing plans and activities for Industrial Automaton department, ensuring the performance and competitiveness of our offer.
This role will liaise with country BUs, functions, IA Sales Organization, LOBs, and Global Marketing teams. He/She will bring the Industrial Automation offers to the market, defining the value proposition as needed, monitoring the success of the offers and the marketing plan and identifying necessary actions/recovery plan in case of poor performances.
He/She will be responsible for coaching, developing and upskilling the Offer Management Team in the new market scenario.
He/She works closely with the country BUs on the customer platforming to maximize IA opportunities.

Mission:
Ensuring the business development of the Digital offer (Digital Services, IoT applications and Software) and Automation through a dedicated Team for the Italian market. This team - in coordination with the different Channels and BUs - will work beside the sales force by providing a specialized commercial approach in the Software field with the aim of developing new needs and new opportunities on the identified target customers. The main reference market will be the End User market. The identified resource will report hierarchically to the VP Industrial Automation and will guarantee the achievement of the sales goal assigned in the Software and Automation field.
