GIS Engineering Technician Support Services:

  • Creates/maintains utility GIS data in the Navy Data Model.
    • Gather existing data from a variety of sources, including text files, drawing in CADD, GIS data, data base tables, graphics, etc. Convert older files, to the standard Navy Data Model.
    • Collect GIS data in the field through direct survey.
    • Attribute utility GIS data to Navy Data Model standards. § Linking GIS data to both property records (via NFA ID) and Maximo (via Maximo Location and Equipment No)
    • Performs QA/QC of data and enforces data standards.
    • Create geo-networked utility data sets.
  • Support installation PWDs, EURAFSWA and LANT PWBL staff by providing o Produce utility maps for the EURAFSWA Region in a variety of formats raging from hard-copy map books to electronic CADD drawings, and by preparing custom maps.
    • Performs analysis throughout the EURASWA Region through site visits, interviews with, and/or discussions among users of existing computer-based databases, review of historical records and/or files and prepares reports of such findings.
    • Provides technical GIS expertise in support of planning programs and initiatives, and coordination and consultation to supported Commands to resolve specific facilities/ utility planning and land use development issues. Incumbent prepares study reports/planning products containing methodology, findings, and recommendations with supporting justification and graphics (also develops, prepares, and presents oral briefings of same)
    • Collects, integrates, and analyses GIS data focusing on the utilities aspect in facility planning applications for site selection, budgeting, and design review.
  • Remains current with Navy and Industry GIS data standards and software applications.
  • Produces GIS products using ArcGIS Desktop applications and extensions.
  • Track updates performed in GIS and iNFADS and provide a monthly report of such updates.

Utilities Real Property Inventory & Shore Facility Analysis:

  • Enable, monitor, and perform Real Property Inventory Requirements (RPIR) data population and process implementation for those data elements for which PWBL is authoritative data source.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on policies, regulations, and laws governing utilities real property.
  • Direct, monitor, and/or perform iNFADS updates to utilities records.
  • Be a point of contact for utilities property record communications with the NAVFAC LANT real property manager and NAVFAC Information Technology Center (NITC), Port Hueneme, CA.
  • Support AMBL regrading DD Form 1391 and DD Form 1354 project documentation for utility projects in “PWD Reachback” mode of operations.
  • Track support provided to AMBL regarding DD From 1391 and DD Form 1354 project documentation.
  • Provide technical support to PWD utility data editors/owners in the EURAFSWA Region. Assist PWDs to maintain up-to-date core facilities data required for successful planning and project execution to occur.

 Other:

  • Serve as EURAFSWA PWBL UEM subject matter expert for site registry reconciliation to include interfacing between GIS and Asset Management mapping functions.
  • Develops related regulations, position papers, and instructions.
  • Reviews Activity and PWD UEM programs for technical and program management effectiveness; makes reports and offers suggestions for improvement based on findings.
  • Review equipment inventories for accuracy and recommend additions and deletions to inventory lists.
  • Provide support in finding, translating and interpreting host nation technical and safety standards as they apply to performance of work.
  • Complete all training the Government deems necessary. Training may be either for professional development that the Governments determines will enable the service provider to provide enhanced support, or may be on general topics such as, Equal Employment Opportunity, Sexual Harassment, Trafficking in Persons, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Certifications, Licenses, Physical Requirements or Other Expertise Required:

Geospatial Information System (GIS) Engineering Technicians support services for NAVFAC EURFSWA:

  • Certificate in Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) or the European/Southwest Asian equivalent.)
  • Professional training and experience (at least 3 years) in GIS Management, and/or geography and a working knowledge of urban/military or community planning.
  • Specific Knowledge in the development of user-oriented systems that integrate client/server databases, GIS tools, and web serving technology.
  • Proficiency in using software such as ESRI ArcGIS 10.x, Microsoft Office Suite, and have knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of prevailing practices in similar activities, agencies, and private sector in the area of computer-based facilities and land use inventory, GIS, management, and planning systems to better advise end-users of potential options.
  • Knowledgeable in the following Navy initiatives/systems: GeoReadiness Repository, GRX, maintenance and Analysis Environment, as well as the spatial data standards for facilities, infrastructure, and environment (SDSFIE data standards).
  • Knowledge in utility system engineering design, construction, management and contracting; Navy policies and procedures regarding real property inventory management; and knowledge of the various stages of the Shore Facilities Planning System.
  • GIS Analysts shall possess at least a Bachelor of Science/Art degree (or European/Southwest Asian equivalent) that sufficiently prepares the incumbent to conduct facilities planning and management of utilities real property in Navy Region EURAFSWA using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) interfacing with the internet Navy Facilities Assets Data Store (iNFADS) and communicate effectively with a range of levels within the organization.
  • Ability to write and speak fluent English in order to provide reports and make presentations to Government personnel.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Maximo or other similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Ability to perform strenuous activity while working outdoors in extreme heat or cold, working in confined spaces, climbing and using fall protection equipment. Assigned Contractor personnel must present medical certificate of physical qualification showing that they are physically capable of performing the tasks outlined in the PWS.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of safety and occupational health principles, practices, procedures, laws and regulations as they relate to maintenance performance requirements. (Outlined in the EM-385-1-1 and 29 CFR). 5.A.13 – Must successfully pass required security background investigation, see paragraph 10 for complete security requirements.

La risorsa, inserita all’interno di un ambiente strutturato e collaborando con i responsabili dei diversi Uffici, riporterà direttamente al Direttore Tecnico (da cui dipende gerarchicamente).

Ad essa verrà affidata la completa gestione della fabbricazione di prodotti farmaceutici. Sarà sua cura garantire gli standard qualitativi e quantitativi in accordo alle procedure di fabbricazione farmaceutica, minimizzando i costi e valorizzando, nonché formando, il personale da lui dipendente. Precisamente si occuperà di:

 

  • Attivare il personale e le attrezzature per la fabbricazione dei prodotti in conformità alle procedure gestionali, tecniche ed alle istruzioni operative;

 

  • Assicurare che tutto il processo produttivo sia realizzato secondo gli standard di qualità e quantità stabiliti.

 

 

  • Applicare all’intero processo di produzione le specifiche di qualità elaborate dall’Assicurazione Qualità, al fine di fabbricare prodotti conformi a tali specifiche;

 

  • Sorvegliare che la manutenzione e le modifiche di tutte le attrezzature di produzione siano eseguite correttamente in accordo alle procedure stabilite ed ai programmi di manutenzione programmata;

Requisiti:

 

  • Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore ad indirizzo Tecnico;

 

  • Adeguata conoscenza dei processi di fabbricazione, delle relative procedure di fabbricazione e di controllo e delle attività di manutenzione;

 

  • Conoscenza dell’utilizzo di sistemi informatici;

 

  • Adeguata conoscenza delle norme applicabili: Farmacopee ed. corr., N.B.F.,  UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 13485, DDM 93/42/CEE (recepita in Italia con DL n. 46/97) e dei loro aggiornamenti;

 

  • Capacità di coordinamento del personale e di comunicazione con le funzioni ad esso collegate;

 

  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni come Capo Reparto o come Responsabile Tecnico di coordinamento di attività produttive (controlli in process, validazione di processo);

 

  • Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese sia scritto che parlato.

We are looking for a 

Quality Assurance Senior Specialist 

Working as a part of broader QA team, this position is responsible to support Quality Assurance activities on a manufacturing site, producing sterile API products. The successful candidate will already have experience in GMP areas in accordance with international standards and procedures. The role holder will provide guidance to site personnel, with a focus on performing deviation investigations, CAPA development and implementation Cleaning Validation, and Change Control through knowledge of quality concepts, investigational techniques and root cause analysis.

Key responsibilities:
•Ensure that products manufactured are compliant with approved company policies, processes and procedures.
•Acts as a Subject Matter Expert to provide quality knowledge and support to manufacturing, engineering, QC laboratory and supply chain verifying the GMP compliance.
•Lead and coordinate investigations into Deviations recorded during production activities.  Use Root Cause Analysis and other techniques to ensure root causes are correctly identified and strong CAPAs initiated.
•Review and archive deviations, investigations, and CAPAs
•Assists in the writing and checking of  SOPs, Protocols, Batch Records and other GMP related documents.
•Lead/ Assist with company training needs.
•Drafting of Quality reviews
•Supports investigations into customer complaints.
•Define the Cleaning Validation Records, coordinating all the connected activities and managing the potential deviations
•Ensure that records (paper and electronic) are properly filed, secured, and controlled and easily retrievable in the quality department in accordance with data Integrity expectation
•Check and archive the documents  drafted by the production plant (equipment and location status)
•Assists the QA Manager and the Audit and Process Specialist in the organization and execution of the clients’ audits, regulatory agencies and the subsequent follow up of the corrective actions;
•Lead/assist self-inspections.

 

Skills & qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Science or related (Chemistry, Microbiology or Biology preferred); 
  •  Experience in QA, , manufacturing or Quality Control in the pharmaceutical industry, 
  •  Experienced in working to AIFA, US FDA, and other Regulatory Authority standards,
  •  Proficient (excellent) English verbal and written communication skills,
  •  Good Communication and Team working skills, with the ability to work under own direction, 
  •  Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),

RESPONSABILE CONTROLLO QUALITÀ  (FB-CQ-20)
La risorsa sarà inserita con l'obiettivo principale di supervisionare tutte le attività connesse al Controllo Qualità, risponderà al Direttore di Stabilimento e avrà una squadra da coordinare con riporti sia gerarchici sia funzionali.
In particolare, avrà le seguenti Responsabilità:
•    Assicurare la pianificazione delle attività in ambito QC da svolgere, mediante la collaborazione con i responsabili di reparto, nel rispetto delle GMP, dei metodi definiti, degli standard di qualità aziendali e dei requisiti di efficacia ed efficienza del sito produttivo
•    Garantire la qualità del prodotto finale consegnato al cliente
•    Condurre regolari e completi audit per la verifica di tutti i prodotti, i processi e gli standard qualitativi e di compliance; gestione delle non conformità interne e formulazione delle azioni correttive
•    Validare procedure, processi, attività
•    Redigere ed aggiornare la documentazione prescritta, definire le procedure e curare il loro miglioramento continuo per il tempestivo adeguamento alle norme
•    Indicare migliorie e modifiche nelle procedure per un funzionale mantenimento degli standard qualitativi
•    Assicurare la gestione ed il monitoraggio di metriche volte al controllo dello stato di efficienza dell’area Controllo Qualità.
Inoltre si occuperà di:
•    Gestione merce bloccata (gestione flusso; blocco merce dubbia e sblocco in tempi consoni)
•    Gestione della reportistica aziendale inerente alla qualità
•    Formazione al personale su temi di qualità (sua squadra o persone di altri reparti coinvolti in temi di Qualità)
Ci rivolgiamo a candidati con buona seniority professionale (minimo 5 anni di esperienza), preferibilmente laureati in Ingegneria, che abbiano maturato competenze specifiche nel ruolo, in aziende industriali modernamente strutturate e di respiro internazionale, operative nel mondo Food/Beverage/Packaging/Pharma.
Competenze richieste:
•    Project Management, GMP, ISO, Quality Management System (implementazione sistemi qualità, audit, convalide, training, ecc.).
•    Ottimizzazione dei processi di produzione in ottica lean (Six sigma e WCM).
•    Autonomia operativa nella gestione delle procedure e nella vigilanza in materia di qualità con piena dimestichezza degli standard, procedure e normative di riferimento.

Il ruolo prevede le seguenti mansioni:

  • Assicurare il corretto svolgimento delle attività produttive del reparto, nel rispetto dei metodi e degli standard previsti, tramite l'indirizzo, il coordinamento e il controllo dei capi turno.
  • Indirizzare l'operato dei capi turno, definendo ed eventualmente modificando i programmi produttivi, nel rispetto delle procedure esistenti e del budget.
  • Curare il costante controllo degli indicatori di produzione stabiliti tra cui: rapporti sugli scostamenti, sulla produzione, sulla qualità e sugli infortuni.
  • Assicurare il conseguimento degli obiettivi produttivi previsti indirizzando e coordinando le attività dei capi turno, nel rispetto dei programmi concordati nonché dei vincoli normativi vigenti, nel rispetto dei tempi di consegna, degli standard di qualità e quantità prefissati, l'efficienza degli impianti e della manodopera, gestendo in maniera ottimale le risorse a disposizione,
  • Garantire l'addestramento delle risorse con il fine ultimo di avere risorse polivalenti e polifunzionali nell'area gestita,
  • Mantenere il controllo/la regolazione dei bagni galvanici, in collaborazione con il Laboratorio Chimico, la pulizia e la manutenzione degli impianti con il supporto della Manutenzione,
  • Assicurare il rispetto delle norme obbligatorie e dei regolamenti vigenti in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro e delle condizioni ambientali, l'osservanza di tutte le norme igienico-sanitarie e antinquinamento nel reparto, al fine di prevenire e minimizzare gli infortuni sul lavoro.
  • Indirizzare e informare i capiturno sulla normativa vigente in materia di lavoristica e sull'interpretazione dei contratti aziendali, in coerenza con le politiche aziendali e con gli standard qualitativi.
  • Riportare direttamente al Responsabile Produzione Cilindri e Basamenti
  • Gestire circa 15 dipendenti

 

Requsiti richiesti:

  • elevate esperienze/competenze nel settore metalmeccanico, preferibilmente automotive, con produzione di serie (lean manufacturing, metodi e sistemi di produzione, macchinari e impianti, standard produttivi e di qualità, sicurezza-igiene-ambiente, ecc.),
  • elevate competenze nei processi galvanici (nichelatura, ossidatura, ……..)
  • leadership, gestione delle risorse umane, capacità di gestione delle complessità dei trattamenti galvanici,
  • capacità di relazione con le altre funzioni per problematiche di qualità, controllo della produzione, ingegnerizzazione di prodotti e cicli-impianti, manutenzione e personale

+ This role has responsibility and authority to ensure that management systems related to quality are implemented and followed at all times and for the safe, accurate, and cost-effective operation of all quality control testing of Crop Protection products.
Your Challenge:
+ Ensure lab safety procedures and practices are in place and quality organizations comply with all site safety policies.
+ Ensure consistent implementation and maintenance of the business/site quality programs and compliance with global business policies for quality which align to the Business Quality Strategy at the plant/department level.
+ Ensure alignment with site strategies and ensure that requirements and business needs are met through efficient use of local resources and consideration of technical and business issues.
+ Implement and track metrics and objectives to monitor site performance and utilize to review compliance and quality status with site leaders (Production/Supply Chain/GAP Tech/PD&P).
+ Report on the performance of the Quality System at the Management Review and make recommendations for improvements to the system.
+ Ensure the implementation of ISO quality management systems, where appropriate.
+ Lead the Site Quality organization. Lead all people processes to ensure the development of staff to meet current and future company needs.
+ Ensures systems (e.g. LIMS/SAP) and processes are setup for products at the site.
+ Ensure functional excellence is continuously developed and personal growth of all staff occurs.
+ Ensure plant personnel are trained on the use of Quality/Compliance tools and processes to achieve plant/department goals.
+ Must act within framework of operating budget limits.
+ Has delegated authority to authorize maintenance request and purchase orders to the Quality Cost Centre. Has controlling impact on selected capital projects
+ Provide leadership to the Quality Control laboratory to meet the needs of the production facilities, ensuring the analytical results provided are precise and delivered with a minimum of delay.
+ Ensure up-to-date methods, records, results, and production and raw material specifications are maintained.
+ Evaluate and ensure implementation of new/improved analytical systems, methods and laboratory processes as required. Lead implementation of the analytical strategies and processes at the site, where appropriate.
+ Lead the site Quality Team to: record and evaluate KPIs; ensure the self-assessment program is followed to assure conformance to CAMS; facilitate the resolution of customer complaints and unplanned events, related to quality.
+ Interface with external customers, suppliers and PD&P to flawlessly execute new product introductions and to address issues with product/service quality.
+ Lead effort within plant team to monitor plant conditions and analytical results to identify opportunities to improve plant productivity, reliability, and product quality/consistency.
+ Act as leader for Contamination Prevention and Manufactured Product Regulatory Compliance across the site.
+ Lead RCIs related to site Quality events. Lead Product Recall and Special Release processes as needed.

Qualifications

+ Around 5 years total industry experience with direct experience in crop protection business and product use, an advantage.
+ Approximately 3 years’ experience with Quality Management Systems, e.g., ISO and practice in analytical chemistry.
+ Knowledge of Quality Control procedures including procedures for setting specifications and product release is necessary.
+ A good knowledge of the country regulatory requirements and analytical science is needed.
+ Local language and high level of English.
+ People leadership experience and proven skill is critical, as this role is expected to set a leadership example and to represent the site external stake holders.

La risorsa inserita collaborerà direttamente con il Quality Supervisor gestendo la corretta applicazione del Sistema Qualità aziendale e svolgerà le seguenti attività:

  • presiedere le attività produttive dal punto di vista della qualità del prodotto e del processo eseguendo i collaudi finali / delibere (in base a quanto definito nella documentazione del prodotto), gli audit (di prodotto, processo) previsti dalla pianificazione ed interagendo con tecnologo ed operation per un'ottimizzazione della gestione dei reparti. Per queste attività registrare i risultati in base a quanto definito nelle relative procedure / istruzioni;
  • supportare il Quality Supervisor nell'identificare le necessità formative degli operatori di reparto per quanto riguarda aspetti orientati alla gestione della qualità di prodotto / processo;
  • supportare il Quality Supervisor nel gestire situazioni di non conformità assicurando la corretta applicazione delle metodologie di problem solving.

 

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico;
  • pregressa esperienza nella mansione maturata in aziende settore Automotive;
  • disponibilità a lavorare su turni;

GIS Engineering Technician Support Services:

  • Creates/maintains utility GIS data in the Navy Data Model.
    • Gather existing data from a variety of sources, including text files, drawing in CADD, GIS data, data base tables, graphics, etc. Convert older files, to the standard Navy Data Model.
    • Collect GIS data in the field through direct survey.
    • Attribute utility GIS data to Navy Data Model standards. § Linking GIS data to both property records (via NFA ID) and Maximo (via Maximo Location and Equipment No)
    • Performs QA/QC of data and enforces data standards.
    • Create geo-networked utility data sets.
  • Support installation PWDs, EURAFSWA and LANT PWBL staff by providing o Produce utility maps for the EURAFSWA Region in a variety of formats raging from hard-copy map books to electronic CADD drawings, and by preparing custom maps.
    • Performs analysis throughout the EURASWA Region through site visits, interviews with, and/or discussions among users of existing computer-based databases, review of historical records and/or files and prepares reports of such findings.
    • Provides technical GIS expertise in support of planning programs and initiatives, and coordination and consultation to supported Commands to resolve specific facilities/ utility planning and land use development issues. Incumbent prepares study reports/planning products containing methodology, findings, and recommendations with supporting justification and graphics (also develops, prepares, and presents oral briefings of same)
    • Collects, integrates, and analyses GIS data focusing on the utilities aspect in facility planning applications for site selection, budgeting, and design review.
  • Remains current with Navy and Industry GIS data standards and software applications.
  • Produces GIS products using ArcGIS Desktop applications and extensions.
  • Track updates performed in GIS and iNFADS and provide a monthly report of such updates.

Utilities Real Property Inventory & Shore Facility Analysis:

  • Enable, monitor, and perform Real Property Inventory Requirements (RPIR) data population and process implementation for those data elements for which PWBL is authoritative data source.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on policies, regulations, and laws governing utilities real property.
  • Direct, monitor, and/or perform iNFADS updates to utilities records.
  • Be a point of contact for utilities property record communications with the NAVFAC LANT real property manager and NAVFAC Information Technology Center (NITC), Port Hueneme, CA.
  • Support AMBL regrading DD Form 1391 and DD Form 1354 project documentation for utility projects in “PWD Reachback” mode of operations.
  • Track support provided to AMBL regarding DD From 1391 and DD Form 1354 project documentation.
  • Provide technical support to PWD utility data editors/owners in the EURAFSWA Region. Assist PWDs to maintain up-to-date core facilities data required for successful planning and project execution to occur.

 Other:

  • Serve as EURAFSWA PWBL UEM subject matter expert for site registry reconciliation to include interfacing between GIS and Asset Management mapping functions.
  • Develops related regulations, position papers, and instructions.
  • Reviews Activity and PWD UEM programs for technical and program management effectiveness; makes reports and offers suggestions for improvement based on findings.
  • Review equipment inventories for accuracy and recommend additions and deletions to inventory lists.
  • Provide support in finding, translating and interpreting host nation technical and safety standards as they apply to performance of work.
  • Complete all training the Government deems necessary. Training may be either for professional development that the Governments determines will enable the service provider to provide enhanced support, or may be on general topics such as, Equal Employment Opportunity, Sexual Harassment, Trafficking in Persons, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Certifications, Licenses, Physical Requirements or Other Expertise Required:

Geospatial Information System (GIS) Engineering Technicians support services for NAVFAC EURFSWA:

  • Certificate in Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) or the European/Southwest Asian equivalent.)
  • Professional training and experience (at least 3 years) in GIS Management, and/or geography and a working knowledge of urban/military or community planning.
  • Specific Knowledge in the development of user-oriented systems that integrate client/server databases, GIS tools, and web serving technology.
  • Proficiency in using software such as ESRI ArcGIS 10.x, Microsoft Office Suite, and have knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of prevailing practices in similar activities, agencies, and private sector in the area of computer-based facilities and land use inventory, GIS, management, and planning systems to better advise end-users of potential options.
  • Knowledgeable in the following Navy initiatives/systems: GeoReadiness Repository, GRX, maintenance and Analysis Environment, as well as the spatial data standards for facilities, infrastructure, and environment (SDSFIE data standards).
  • Knowledge in utility system engineering design, construction, management and contracting; Navy policies and procedures regarding real property inventory management; and knowledge of the various stages of the Shore Facilities Planning System.
  • GIS Analysts shall possess at least a Bachelor of Science/Art degree (or European/Southwest Asian equivalent) that sufficiently prepares the incumbent to conduct facilities planning and management of utilities real property in Navy Region EURAFSWA using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) interfacing with the internet Navy Facilities Assets Data Store (iNFADS) and communicate effectively with a range of levels within the organization.
  • Ability to write and speak fluent English in order to provide reports and make presentations to Government personnel.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Maximo or other similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Ability to perform strenuous activity while working outdoors in extreme heat or cold, working in confined spaces, climbing and using fall protection equipment. Assigned Contractor personnel must present medical certificate of physical qualification showing that they are physically capable of performing the tasks outlined in the PWS.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of safety and occupational health principles, practices, procedures, laws and regulations as they relate to maintenance performance requirements. (Outlined in the EM-385-1-1 and 29 CFR). 5.A.13 – Must successfully pass required security background investigation, see paragraph 10 for complete security requirements.
