La figura da inserire sarà tenuta:

  • alla raccolta dei requisiti funzionali e al disegno dei processi di business dalle società Clienti
  • alla scrittura e documentazione delle specifiche funzionali e dei relativi processi
  • alla scrittura e documentazione delle specifiche tecniche per lo sviluppo
  • al supporto al team di sviluppo durante la fase di implementazione
  • all'esecuzione di test di business per verificare il funzionamento delle implementazioni sviluppate e al supporto agli UAT con il cliente
  • al continuo supporto dei clienti sia nelle fasi di roll-out delle soluzioni sviluppate sia nelle attività quotidiane

 

Competenze:

  • Esperienza maturata in una Società Finanziaria (Intermediario Finanziario/Banca) specializzata in erogazione di Leasing o Finanziamenti oppure in una Società di consulenza/IT specializzata nella realizzazione sistemi informativi per Società finanziarie oppure in una Società di consulenza/IT specializzata nella realizzazione di sistemi amministrativo-contabili (es., SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle Financials, …)
  • Completano il profilo l'attitudine a creare competenza nella propria area, sensibilità agli aspetti economici, capacità analitiche, precisione, affidabilità, autonomia, flessibilità nell'affrontare situazioni e attività nuove poste in essere dall'azienda.
  • E' richiesta la disponibilità a brevi trasferte, connesse allo svolgimento di attività presso le Società Finanziarie Clienti. Si propone un contesto lavorativo in forte crescita professionale e in rapida evoluzione ed internazionalizzazione.

 

Requisiti tecnici:

  • Buona conoscenza dei processi commerciali, gestionali e amministrativi dei contratti di Leasing e Finanziamenti
  • Conoscenza delle tecniche di disegno e delle regole di gestione di database relazionali (MS/SQL, Oracle)
  • Approfondita conoscenza di MS Excel
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlato e scritto)
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team 
  • Capacità di gestione delle relazioni esterne (Clienti, Utenti, Consulenti) e interne 
  • Capacità analitiche, precisione, affidabilità, autonomia

Reporting to the Service Engineer Coordinator, you will be performing activities required for the installation, commissioning, start-up, warranty service, training and technical support of Emerson Digital Automation Systems (DCS as DeltaV) at customer sites, while following Emersons’ standards of safety and quality.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Perform tasks for system maintenance and performance assessments.
  • Provide technical support to customers. Lead in investigation and responsible for resolution of system related customer complaints and reported problems. Make troubleshooting of the problem, provide and/or recommend solutions to these complaints/problems. Will be in contact with Emerson Tech support group in Manila and USA to have more level customer support.
  • Provide remote (phone, modem and internet) technical support assistance for System users of DeltaV DCS; be ready to be on call on shift basis.
  • Perform system acceptance tests, installation, commissioning, training, fault analysis and rectification work at customer sites and installations.
  • Assist in design studies, H/W & S/W upgrades & modifications.
  • Provide technical support to Sales and proposal team and bring opportunities (CRM LEADs) identified during service job.
  • Configuring/application management and support.
  • Execute Control system maintenance tasks and other works (repairs, installations, training etc.) in accordance with SMO guidelines and certifications.
  • Be able and willing to perform emergency call-out services to provide customers with fast and efficient services.
  • Execute the requested job in the best way to meet customer’s deadlines and expectations.
  • Keep workshop/workplace(s) tidy, in order and representative.
  • Communicate issues concerning customer satisfaction or customer requests for Emerson support to the responsible person in Service Management or Sales Management.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Degree in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical / electrical, computer science,  or control systems.(Minimum technical College level).
    Relevant experience a from process industry such as Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Refineries.
  • Strong experience of the DCS application (knowledge of DeltaV DCS is an advantage).
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills, along with problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
    Fluency in English and Italian – written and spoken.
  • Knowledge on Information technology (IT) & Networking, Cyber Security, cloud computing, virtualisation, programming software, Operating Systems, Active Directory, Patch Management, Backup and Recovery is an advantage.
  • Technical competencies (electrical/electronic, power), Field Buses knowledge (Modbus, Fieldbus, Profibus, etc.).
  • Extensive travelling to customer site within country as well as abroad (offshore if applicable).

  • Perform system acceptance tests, installation, commissioning, training, fault analysis and rectification work at customer sites and installations.
  • Assist in design studies, H/W & S/W upgrades & modifications.
  • Provide technical support to Sales and proposal team and bring opportunities (CRM LEADs) identified during service job.
  • Configuring/application management and support.
  • Execute Control system maintenance tasks and other works (repairs, installations, training etc.) in accordance with SMO guidelines and certifications.
  • Be able and willing to perform emergency call-out services to provide customers with fast and efficient services.
  • Execute the requested job in the best way to meet customerrsquo;s deadlines and expectations.
  • Keep workshop/workplace(s) tidy, in order and representative.
  • Communicate issues concerning customer satisfaction or customer requests for Emerson support to the responsible person in Service Management or Sales Management.
  • Tutoring customer training.
  • Always adhere to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices and to the companyrsquo;s and customer HSEQ (Safety) standards .
  • Use effectively Customer Service tools (SMS, Guardian, etc) as well as other internal tools (CRM, INAZ, Clarity, Service App).
  • Perform his job within a team and collaborating with other departments in a matrix organization as sales, projects, administrative, warehouse.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Degree in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical / electrical, computer science, or control systems.(Minimum technical College level).
    Relevant experience a from process industry such as Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Refineries.
  • Strong experience of the DCS application (knowledge of DeltaV DCS is an advantage).
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills, along with problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
    Fluency in English and Italian – written and spoken.
  • Knowledge on Information technology (IT) & Networking, Cyber Security, cloud computing, virtualisation, programming software, Operating Systems, Active Directory, Patch Management, Backup and Recovery is an advantage.
  • Technical competencies (electrical/electronic, power), Field Buses knowledge (Modbus, Fieldbus, Profibus, etc.).
  • Extensive travelling to customer site within country as well as abroad (offshore if applicable).
  • Availability to work non-office hours and perform call-out services, if applicable.
  • Driving license for car.

S&P Global Ratings is seeking an individual to join its Global Infrastructure Finance team based in Madrid, Paris, Frankfurt or Milan as a Research Assistant or Rating Analyst. This is a key role supporting our infrastructure analysts and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to embrace a fast learning analytical job in an international working environment.
The job entails performing and overseeing ad hoc and ongoing database and research projects and external data requests. You will assist analysts in updating reports and preparing for meetings or internal committees and have the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals in our various international offices
You will gain an understanding of S&P Global rating methodology, policies and procedures as well as knowledge of qualitative aspects of Infrastructure Ratings analysis. The successful candidate will be supported with on the job and formal training, which includes two levels of internal certification per discipline.

The role :
+ Perform credit analysis demonstrating the ability to understand and identify key factors that affect issue and issuer credit ratings, through the application of the relevant S&P Global Ratings criteria.
+ Prepare the rating committee documentation, present findings and opinions to a credit rating committee.
+ Support the team research and outreach
+ Prepare a variety of material suitable for publication on S&P Global Ratings credit portal and other media (such as rating trends reports, press releases, and detailed commentaries) sufficient to disseminate and explain our ratings on a timely basis.
+ Support the team in its day to day activities, notably data gathering activities.
+ Share specific analytical expertise, any useful know how, and ideas to improve group operations.
+ Maintain integrity of analytical or compliance related databases as appropriate.
+ Develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends and issues.
Qualifications/Experience:
+ A university graduate, with some level of work experience gained in an audit firm, bank or 3 years of demonstrable experience with a large commercial bank, investment bank, investing institution or an audit company, or rating agency, working in the field of bank credit analysis.
+ Good knowledge of Utilities would be a plus.
+ Have strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
+ Be numerate and accurate with figures and detail orientated with the ability to maintain accuracy whilst complying with deadlines.
+ Be proficient at working with financial models.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills in English are essential. Fluency in other European languages is important, especially Spanish or Italian.
+ The ability to work both independently and within a team environment is critical.
+ Be educated to degree level in a relevant business related field, a relevant Master’s degree, CFA or financial qualification would be desirable.
+ Be willing to travel (when it’s allowed again…).
+ Be computer literate having strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint and database application skills. Ability to prepare forecasts based upon reasoned assumptions will be required.
+ Possess solid communication skills, verbal and written, as well as the capacity to expand learn and to make a contribution.
