La risorsa si occuperà di sviluppare le attività commerciali nei confronti dei Clienti assegnati e nel territorio affidato, esercitando una continua attività di business development per la generazione di nuovi prospect. Sarà di sua responsabilità la gestione del processo di evasione di un ordine interagendo con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte e collaborando con l'area tecnica per verificare lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti e la loro corretta esecuzione. Inoltre, collabora con i partner per le opportunità congiunte eventualmente assegnategli, verificando che le offerte predisposte siano approvate secondo i limiti delle deleghe stabilite e assicurando il rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali standard e provvede affinché tutte le sue attività siano tracciate e documentate tramite il CRM.
Il/la candidato/a che stiamo ricercando ha conseguito una Laurea preferibilmente ad indirizzo informatico o ingegneristico ed ha maturato esperienza in ambito commerciale all'interno di realtà aziendali operati nel settore dei servizi. E' preferibile la provenienza da società con focus specifico su ECM e gestione documentale, system integrators e società di consulenza e sviluppo di applicativi.
Sono richieste ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e di problem solving, oltre ad orientamento agli obiettivi, proattività ed orientamento al cliente. Completano il profilo attitudine a lavorare in team, dinamismo, spirito innovativo e senso di responsabilità.

SUMMARY OF ROLE
By joining us as Resident Field Service Engineer your role will be to support one of our customer based in Ferrara, delivering activities required for maintenance, troubleshooting and incident resolution and on call services to DeltaV DCS/SIS.
You will be responsible for technical support, system upgrade, warranty services, training, small configuration and/or modifications, according to the Emerson standards of safety and quality.
You will become part of our Lifecycle Services team, within the Automation Solutions division,
which helps our customers carry out maintenance, improve reliability and boost performance of
their DeltaV systems.
We typically engage with the latest technologies and products within the DeltaV portfolio, with a
focus on Virtualization, System Upgrades and Cybersecurity enhancements through add-ons such as Backup & Recovery, System Health Monitoring, Patch Management and Endpoint Security
deployments and maintenance.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
bull; Product Knowledge
o keeping up to date with the latest developments and specializing in certain technologies and/or products for which you will be executing services; for example Virtualization, DeltaV Upgrades (physical and virtualised), Backup & Recovery, System Health, Monitoring, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, DeltaV configuration and graphics, SIS, etc.
bull; Customer Support
o Perform tasks for system maintenance and performance assessments.
o Provide technical support to customers. Lead in investigation and responsible for resolution of system related customer complaints and reported problems. Make troubleshooting of the problem, provide and/or recommend solutions to these complaints/problems. Will be in contact with Emerson Tech support group in Manila and USA to have more level customer support.
o Provide remote (phone, internet) technical support assistance for System users of DeltaV DCS.
o Be able and willing to perform on-call shift based services (if applicable) and emergency call-out services to provide customers with fast and efficient services.
o Execute the requested job in the best way to meet customerrsquo;s deadlines and expectations.
o Communicate issues concerning customer satisfaction or customer requests for Emerson support to the responsible person in Service Management or Sales Management.
o Work closely with Long Term Service Agreement Program Manager to meet KPIrsquo;s and overall Control system performance.
bull; Service Execution
o Execute Service tasks in accordance with Service Management Office guidelines and certifications.
o Use effectively Service tools (SMS, Guardian, etc) as well as other internal tools (CRM, INAZ, Clarity, Service Apphellip;).
o Perform his job within a team and collaborating with other departments in a matrix organization as sales, projects, administrative, warehouse.
o Adhere to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
o Adhere to the companyrsquo;s and customer HSEQ (Safety) standards at all times
o Keep workshop/workplace(s) tidy, in order and representative.
bull; Project Support
o Perform system acceptance tests, installation, commissioning, training, fault analysis and rectification work at customer sites and installations.
o Assist in design studies, H/W & S/W upgrades & modifications.
o Configuring/application management and support.
o Support project activities at customer site.
bull; Sales Support
o Proactively identify Service/Product opportunities and assist in their pursuit
o Assist in preparation of support literature for sales opportunities
bull; Safety Systems
o carrying out work on Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS)
bull; Customer Training
o providing on-site customer training in the application, service andoperation of Emerson products
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
bull; Degree in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical / electrical, computer science, or control systems (Minimum technical College level) preferred.
bull; Experience in process industry such as Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Refineries.
bull; Experience in DCS application (knowledge of DeltaV DCS being an advantage) preferred.
bull; Good communications skills, Italian mothertongue and fluent English ndash; written and spoken.
bull; Knowledge on Information technology (IT) & Networking, Cyber Security, cloud computing, Virtualisation, programming software, Operating Systems, Active Directory, Patch Management, Backup and Recovery is an advantage.
bull; Technical competencies (electrical/electronic, power), Field Buses knowledge (Modbus, Fieldbus, Profibus, etc.).
