RESPONSABILITA’

ATTIVITA’
Il ruolo svolge le seguenti principali attività:
  • Gestione amministrativa e operativa dei principali adempimenti con Enti e Istituti(INPS, INAIL, AdE ecc)
  • Gestione dei clienti in autonomia per le problematiche del day by day
  • Consulenza amministrativa e operativa ordinaria coordinandosi con i team presentiin Studio
  • Gestione e aggiornamento di HR portal
FORMAZIONE E CAPACITA’ TECNICHE
  • Diploma ad indirizzo amministrativo
  • Esperienza consolidata in ruolo analogo, di almeno 3 anni, maturata presso Societàdi Consulenza e/o Studi Professionali e/o acquisita nell’ambito di Payroll operativo e
  • Amministrazione del personale all’interno di azienda consolidata e strutturata, modernamente organizzata

Role summary:
The role is primarily a technical public/private cloud focused role.
You will be a credible influencer, connector and designer and will apply a business-focused lens on the problems / opportunity we are trying to address in Client-facing – underpinned by a deep knowledge in cloud-native application architecture.
The role will help shape the overall cloud architecture within the Client facing team and drive the standardisation of cloud technology and best practices and push our ability to deliver innovative solutions using the most appropriate technology and products.
This role requires someone with a strong background in technology, cloud solutions, micro service architecture and building highly available solutions; an ability to assess different products and solutions and provide recommendations to the team and stakeholders. Innovation is at the heart of what we do and is an important part of the role: to continuously learn about technology and trends in the market and identify opportunities where the technology can provide business value.

Key responsibilities and deliverables:
  • Provide Azure consultancy across architecture and the firm;
  • Research, collaborate, document and communicate current architecture and target architecture aligned to Client and Strategy;
  • Prepare Architecture designs and present at the Architecture Review Board. Create and assess architecture and design options with clear rationale for recommendations;
  • Work with product owners, architects, devops and operation teams to understand the customer requirements and design secure, highly available, performance, cost effective solutions in Microsoft Azure;
  • Work with external partners to agree and document technical solutions and interfaces;
  • To provide technical leadership and best practices on delivering solutions in Microsoft Azure to the rest of team;
  • Work closely with development and operational teams to ensure that the solutions are built to the design;
  • Creates and maintain design patterns and policies of use;
  • Work with suppliers and project managers to agree optimum technical development approaches for projects;
  • Communicates architectures and designs using a variety of approaches to ensure ALL stakeholders understand solutions, from business stakeholders through to developers;
  • Horizon scanning to develop their experience and find new opportunities to positively impact the Firm’s strategy;
  • Performs proof-of-concepts in order to de-risk delivery and prove that technology solution will meet the Firms’ requirements;
  • Participate in development sprints in a fast-paced Agile release environment, as required;

Essential key requirements (Communication/skills/experience):
  • Extensive hands-on experience of designing and delivering IAAS, PAAS and Serverless solutions in Microsoft Azure;
  • Extensive hands-on experience of designing and delivering enterprise scale software with HA, DR and business continuity;
  • Extensive hands-on experience of Microservices, API, data, databases and designing secure solutions;
  • Experience working with Container technology (AKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift);
  • Understand the costing models in Azure and be able to provide TCO for a given solution;
  • Track record of delivering successful projects;
  • Good understanding of Microsoft products, especially M365;
  • Communication and influencing skills at a senior level with exposure to IT director level and 3rd party suppliers and partners;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Working in an agile environment, working collaboratively with a #OneTeam approach;

Your role as the Solution Architect
As a Dynamics365 CRM Solution Architect, you will be a thought leader in solutions for customer engagement and sales and be part of large-scale, complex D365 implementations. You are likely to have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business Technology, or Engineering. You are likely to have 7 or more years of relevant work experience, including Dynamics CRM and Dynamics365 CE/Sales.
Other qualifications we look for are:
* Experience in PowerPlatform and other relevant surroundings around Microsoft cloud technology as well as common ISV’s for the Dynamics365 platform.
* Client management skills and the ability to work with clients to develop and manage a roadmap with associated activities.
* Experience consulting with clients on complex projects, including technology leadership roles.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a MA degree in technical subjects and a good knowledge of English and Italian. The candidate will work in an international context, continuously oriented towards innovation. He/she will have gained experience in the following fields:

  • Planning, implementation and rationalization of Technological Infrastructures supporting company services with particular focus on setting up and providing services in the area of Cloud Computing
  • Technical and architectural competency in the use of the principal solutions of the main vendors in the marketplace: Emc, Cisco, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle
  • Consolidated basic technological competency in Networking, Server platforms (Unix, Windows, Linux), DBMS (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of the main methodologies of Program and Project Management (PPM) and detailed technical planning
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience with virtualized systems (VMware, Hyper-V, Private Cloud)
  • 3+ years of experience assessing infrastructure deployments
  • 2 years of hands on experience with cloud technologies and experience with at least two of the following: AWS, Azure, Google, Private Cloud, Platform as a Service, Software as a Service
  • 2 years of hands on experience with cloud architecture and design
  • Proficient in virtualization, networking and storage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with project management

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Fundamental knowledge of cloud including Infrastructure as a Service, public and private cloud solutions
  • Experience with cloud based infrastructure architecture and design, including orchestration and automation
  • Hands on experience with OpenStack, including understanding of the various components and architectures, key integration points, and familiarity of the various open source standards
  • Hands on experience with the VMware suit of virtualization tools, including vCloud Director and vCloud orchestrator
  • Hands on experience with various cloud platforms (i.e. Rackspace, Azure, AWS, Google Compute, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience with converged infrastructure
  • Knowledge and experience of automation tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet, HP Server Automation, Bladelogic)
  • Knowledge and experience in ITIL concepts and processes
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable ability to build, handle and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrable ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Job Summary

  • Amministrazione del personale all’interno di azienda consolidata e strutturata, modernamente organizzata
