The Accenture Cloud Consultant will be accountable for supporting Operations Professional Services globally to collect and interpret requirements into an appropriate cloud solution using the Accenture Cloud Platform (ACP). This position is responsible for consulting with our external clients in one of the most important and innovative technology journey that is Cloud, having in mind the “everything as a service” mantra. Through the strong and business oriented partnership with the most innovative global cloud providers like AWS, Azure, Google, cloud consultants will be able to interact with innovation labs and strongly skilled and visionary people that will concur to create cloud strategy and momentum for Accenture and our Customers.

This role needs to be supported by a smart and enthusiastic view and competencies on new technology and trends strongly linked with the digital era, continuous support for new and disruptive ideas that will differentiate Accenture in the Cloud-transformation role.

You will be part of the Consulting group and will work on important projects of change for our clients in all market sectors. Through your professional competence you will affect the strategic choices that are critical for the future of the organizations of the ‘Enterprise’ leaders in Italy.

Under the guidance of expert colleagues and fully supported by our methodologies, you will become increasingly responsible for the definition, implementation and sales of solutions for the intelligent infrastructure and for supporting the proposition of cloud strategy and journey initiatives.
The ideal candidate is familiar with and has some experience with the Cisco UCS Director, VMWARE vCloud/VRA Suite, and OpenStack.

The Accenture Cloud Consultant will lead a small team responsible for ACP Service Integration for each opportunity. This will require conducting workshops with clients to elicit requirements according the Cloud Architecture and Product Offering guide and requirements. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the custom services are delivered to the client project on time to the client’s satisfaction. This role requires close interworking relationships with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Operations to coordinate cross program activities required to deliver custom service engagements.

The Cloud Consultant will be responsible for participating in asset development work, building new skills in emerging areas and working at clients, proving and further developing these skills and assets on pioneering and defining engagements. He/she will be responsible for assessing client deployed cloud infrastructure & services and recommending solutions to mature their platforms.

The Cloud Consultant will assist the Technical Architect and Technical Sales team members with specific implementation expertise during the sales process. They will also help drive new service offerings and build the initial delivery skills for Cloud Integrations.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain
  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals
  • Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has a MA degree in technical subjects and a good knowledge of English and Italian. The candidate will work in an international context, continuously oriented towards innovation. He/she will have gained experience in the following fields:

  • Planning, implementation and rationalization of Technological Infrastructures supporting company services with particular focus on setting up and providing services in the area of Cloud Computing
  • Technical and architectural competency in the use of the principal solutions of the main vendors in the marketplace: Emc, Cisco, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle
  • Consolidated basic technological competency in Networking, Server platforms (Unix, Windows, Linux), DBMS (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of the main methodologies of Program and Project Management (PPM) and detailed technical planning
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience with virtualized systems (VMware, Hyper-V, Private Cloud)
  • 3+ years of experience assessing infrastructure deployments
  • 2 years of hands on experience with cloud technologies and experience with at least two of the following: AWS, Azure, Google, Private Cloud, Platform as a Service, Software as a Service
  • 2 years of hands on experience with cloud architecture and design
  • Proficient in virtualization, networking and storage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with project management

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Fundamental knowledge of cloud including Infrastructure as a Service, public and private cloud solutions
  • Experience with cloud based infrastructure architecture and design, including orchestration and automation

Role summary:
The role is primarily a technical public/private cloud focused role.

Key responsibilities and deliverables:
  • Provide Azure consultancy across architecture and the firm;
  • Research, collaborate, document and communicate current architecture and target architecture aligned to Client and Strategy;
  • Prepare Architecture designs and present at the Architecture Review Board. Create and assess architecture and design options with clear rationale for recommendations;
  • Work with product owners, architects, devops and operation teams to understand the customer requirements and design secure, highly available, performance, cost effective solutions in Microsoft Azure;

Job Description

Qualifications

  • Preferably with a strong understanding of field service, workforce scheduling, warranty, reverse logistics and mobile solutions, including mobile workforce management.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Avanade is growing and seeking a Security Solutions Architect. This position requires business fluency in the Italian language as well as English.

Regular Responsibilities:
As a Security Solution Architect in the Global Client Information Security (GCIS) group, you will:
Manage reviews and monitor security risk
You are part of a Global Client Information Security (GCIS) team and act as Level 3 escalation. Your review of client delivery contracts, architecture and solutions will help identify and assess potential security risks to our clients, work to mitigate the risk. During your structured security reviews, you will be the security advisor to our internal sales, account and legal teams concerning secure architecture, and security requirements. Your review takes in account Security and data privacy. To be efficient, you will communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with our sales, account, and legal teams.
Business risk assessment and reviews
Apart from contract reviews, you participate where needed to business risk evaluation in Europe and ensure delivery is secure for our Client under supervision of the ISO. This will be handled through identification of moderate to high risk contracts and technical assessments and interviews complementing our CDP team’s analysis and assigning our European Information Security Official (ISO).
Help Sales funnel
Aid sales and pre-sales efforts by recommending security technologies and approaches to strengthen Avanade’s approach to client needs, especially in areas of migration to Cloud, or DevOps transformation.
Maintain relationships with Avanade market unit leads and regional security leads to help assist with client security concerns within presales/service delivery.
Develop security sales readiness content to include slides, whitepapers, playbooks, and videos to drive internal information security sales readiness efforts.
Engage our client security teams to answer questions around Avanade way of securing Projects and Programs, ISO 27001 certifications, engage on specific security assessments.
Enable field resources worldwide to promote Avanade’s information security readiness and to increase Avanade sales through information security training and high-quality enterprise social media contributions.
Mergers and Acquisition
Engage Due Diligence activities evaluating security of the entity. Prepare and organize security assessment workshops inside acquired company. Plan the activities, coordinate with other leads involved in the Merger, present the information security subjects in steering committees. Define security post-merger acquisition plan to transform where needed the security of the targeted organization and reach Avanade required level.
Security awareness activities
Create specific courses to cover security needs and deliver them inside the organization
Coordinate with appropriate teams.
Assist with Security and privacy incident
Engage and track security and privacy incidents across Europe. Evaluate impact and report to ISO on security incidents. Prepare and elaborate appropriate incident report.
Your Technical skills likely include:
* Demonstrable experience identifying, refining, and validating information security requirements.
* Very good technical skills and strong experience concerning, networks, operating systems, infrastructure, development, cloud, and hybrid architectures.
* Very good working knowledge of information security and privacy controls best practices and frameworks (e.g. the ISO 27000 family, ISO 31000, NIST, IAPP).
* Strong problem solving and client expectations management skills.
* Strong capability of engaging, coordinating and managing overwhelmed people making them to move on.
* Experiences should include implementing or improving processes and application of operations frameworks to enhance reliability and availability.
* Experiences may include providing security design for line of business and/or specialized operations technologies and processes in past roles.
* 6+ years leading business/technical teams and managing complex projects.
* A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
* CISSP, CISM, or CIPP will be required.
* Business Fluency in English and Italian is required.

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Solution Consultant (App Engine) that is a customer facing domain expert, that drives innovative business solutions with our customers, by applying technical and business skills.

This role is a Pre-Sales/Solution Consulting role that is well versed in architecting custom solutions to address business problems on the Now Platform (or similar platforms). The role also requires demonstration and prototyping of platform capabilities, and in select cases identifying the specific requirements needed to work with designers and developers to build and present innovative pre-sales solution prototypes to customers.

  • Answer questions and provide guidance to Solution Consultants in the field regarding application customization and development 
  • Interact with the ServiceNow community as a thought leader on developing and extending applications on the ServiceNow platform 
  • Contribute to programs that enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of developing applications on the ServiceNow platform 
  • Scope and develop application development Proof of Concepts/prototypes with prospective customers 
  • Be the platform subject matter expert at executive briefings, workshops and marketing events 
  • Document and present technical solutions aligned with our client’s business problems
  • Facilitate and lead workshops for customers focusing on innovation, ideation, co-creation, development and validation of solutions on the Now Platform.
  • Provide mentoring to solution consulting peers and other colleagues in the organization
  • Contribute to and help maintain internal forums and asset libraries to enable innovation at scale
  • Interact with the wider ServiceNow community as a thought leader on innovative ways to leverage the Now Platform and products
  • Presenting at executive briefings and marketing events
  • Work closely with Product Management on upcoming releases and provide feedback from customer interaction

In order to be successful in this role, we are seeking someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience as a solution consultant/architect
  • 3+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex platform solutions
  • Experience facilitating client-facing workshops to successfully progress initiatives into the next phase of their lifecycle
  • Ability to work within, and lead, a multi-discipline team focused on delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
  • Experience in third party integrations using web services, JDBC, and file-based parsers
  • Functional comprehension of SQL and database concepts
  • Fluency in JavaScript, HTML and libraries/frameworks such AngularJS and Bootstrap
  • Ability to quickly understand new technology through instruction and self-training
  • Strong enablement skills, including coaching and mentoring for technical roles
  • Executive level presence and experience presenting to executive-level audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English plus the local language as appropriate
  • Experience with Big Data, IoT and other emerging technologies a plus 
  • Expected Travel:  25-30%
