L’Area di Property Management si occupa di tutte le attività riguardanti la gestione delle operazioni per circa 300 unità immobiliari nelle province di Bergamo e Milano.
Le proprietà gestite sono sottoposte a una manutenzione accurata e ad un controllo efficiente, in modo che i nostri clienti e i loro inquilini ricevano il miglior servizio possibile.
La nuova risorsa, che riporterà direttamente al coordinatore Operativo di Area, si occuperà della gestione dei processi amministrativi, contabili e legali in ambito immobiliare e di Property Management.
