Mission

L’Area di Property Management si occupa di tutte le attività riguardanti la gestione delle operazioni per circa 300 unità immobiliari nelle province di Bergamo e Milano.

Le proprietà gestite sono sottoposte a una manutenzione accurata e ad un controllo efficiente, in modo che i nostri clienti e i loro inquilini ricevano il miglior servizio possibile.

La nuova risorsa, che riporterà direttamente al coordinatore Operativo di Area, si occuperà della gestione dei processi amministrativi, contabili e legali in ambito immobiliare e di Property Management.

Attività

La figura selezionata si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • verifica dell’adeguatezza della situazione documentale e tenuta dell’archiviazione sistematica dei dati;
  • creazione e gestione dell’archivio contenente i dossier relativi ad ogni singolo conduttore/affittuario;
  • predisposizione di contratti di locazione e preliminari di compravendita;
  • gestione dell’imposta di registro dei contratti;
  • verifica calcoli e aggiornamenti catastali finalizzati alla presentazione delle dichiarazioni per Imposte e Tasse;
  • gestione reperimento documentale presso Pubbliche amministrazioni;
  • assistenza e supporto alle amministrazioni dei committenti per verifiche contabili, amministrative;
  • assistenza e supporto alle amministrazioni dei committenti per verifiche fiscali e contributive;
  • verifica attività tecnico burocratiche in materia di regolamentazione delle autorizzazioni all’esercizio;
  • verifica indicizzazione dei canoni e comunicazioni di aggiornamento ISTAT ai conduttori/affittuari;
  • controllo delle fideiussioni, garanzie e depositi cauzionali;
  • gestione documentale del ciclo attivo e passivo degli immobili destinati a Casa Vacanze;
  • raccolta e verifica della documentazione di pertinenza dei conduttori/affittuari;
  • monitoraggio e supervisione della riscossione degli insoluti e recupero crediti;
  • gestione anagrafica e documentale dei fornitori di beni e servizi.

Requisiti minimi

  • Esperienza lavorativa almeno triennale nel ruolo;
  • Buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office e di applicativi Software EAM (Enterprise Asset Management);
  • Orientamento utilizzo di piattaforme online degli Enti;
  • Preferibilmente laurea in discipline giuridico/economiche o ingegneria del costruito/architettura o cultura equivalente;
  • Precisione e accuratezza;
  • Orientamento alla gestione di pratiche legali/amministrative;
  • Proattività ed iniziativa;
  • Buone capacità relazionali e di lavorare in gruppo.

Si valutano inserimenti anche con contratti in part-time.

The Accenture Cloud Consultant will be accountable for supporting Operations Professional Services globally to collect and interpret requirements into an appropriate cloud solution using the Accenture Cloud Platform (ACP). Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has a MA degree in technical subjects and a good knowledge of English and Italian. The candidate will work in an international context, continuously oriented towards innovation. He/she will have gained experience in the following fields:

  • Planning, implementation and rationalization of Technological Infrastructures supporting company services with particular focus on setting up and providing services in the area of Cloud Computing
  • Technical and architectural competency in the use of the principal solutions of the main vendors in the marketplace: Emc, Cisco, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle
  • Consolidated basic technological competency in Networking, Server platforms (Unix, Windows, Linux), DBMS (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of the main methodologies of Program and Project Management (PPM) and detailed technical planning
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience with virtualized systems (VMware, Hyper-V, Private Cloud)

As a A++ Intermediate Architect, it’s your job to be part of a team to deliver unparalleled residential projects.

Job responsibilities:

  • Strong capability to manage architectural projects (coordinated with other disciplines) at different scales
  • Strong capability to complete the tasks assigned in a proper way respecting: time, costs and quality
  • Ensuring compliance with national regulations
  • Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner and that project requirements are met
  • Networking and consulting with various professionals

  • Complete knowledge and experience in materials, furniture and other specifications selection
  • Complete knowledge and experience in Project Phases, in particular in Concept Design (CD), Schematic Design (SD), Technical and Detailed Design (DD)
  • Strong knowledge in developing technical details (architecture)
  • Good knowledge in developing the BOQ (Bill Of Quantities)
  • Fully respect of internal procedures and workflow, open to collaborate with other departments
  • Knowledge of BIM Process or willing to improve it (respecting the A++ BIM Standard settled)
  • Good knowledge of and comfort using Revit, AutoCAD, (other software related the AEC Collection are a plus), Adobe Creative Suite (in particular InDesign) and MS Office
  • Master’s degree and Professional License in Architecture, Engineering, or similar (Politecnico)
  • 4+ years of project experience in an architectural practice with ample residential experience
  • Proactive personality, problem solving attitude and able to work closely with the wider consultancy team to develop innovative technical design solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English and Italian proficiency, German is a plus

*We are looking for an IT Marketing Technologist intern in Rome (Italy)*
*Your responsibilities we offer to start your career will be:*
Analytics: deliver real-time insights that improve our performance, update new business strategies and optimize e-Business operations. Domains include: Programmatic Media, Web, CRM, Mobile, eCommerce, Ratings&Reviews, eContent. In addition, you will partner with P&G Data Scientists to operationalize algorithms based on Big Data modelling.
Systems Integration: gain and have deep understanding of the ecosystem of systems used to drive our e-Business and their interactions to bring the best business value, including Architecture, Processes and Data Syndication for P&G's internal and external solutions. Also, you will ensure fit-for-use of local, regional and global solutions.
Data Integration: identify and be responsible for a consumer-centric data strategy, ensuring the right set of technological and architectural choices are made to integrate and enrich our data pool. You will understand related data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.
Automation: use technology to automatize data aggregation & syndication (ie API services) leading to real-time information flows and democratization of data access.
You will own stewardship for Cyber-security, Data and Privacy in your area.
Lead IT innovation action plan, bringing in technological disruptions into the P&G ecosystem for better e-Business results.

Assistente Property Manager

Mission

L’Area di Property Management si occupa di tutte le attività riguardanti la gestione delle operazioni per circa 300 unità immobiliari nelle province di Bergamo e Milano.

Le proprietà gestite sono sottoposte a una manutenzione accurata e ad un controllo efficiente, in modo che i nostri clienti e i loro inquilini ricevano il miglior servizio possibile.

La nuova risorsa, che riporterà direttamente al coordinatore Operativo di Area, si occuperà della gestione dei processi amministrativi, contabili e legali in ambito immobiliare e di Property Management.

Attività

La figura selezionata si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • verifica dell’adeguatezza della situazione documentale e tenuta dell’archiviazione sistematica dei dati;
  • creazione e gestione dell’archivio contenente i dossier relativi ad ogni singolo conduttore/affittuario;
  • predisposizione di contratti di locazione e preliminari di compravendita;
  • gestione dell’imposta di registro dei contratti;
  • verifica calcoli e aggiornamenti catastali finalizzati alla presentazione delle dichiarazioni per Imposte e Tasse;
  • gestione reperimento documentale presso Pubbliche amministrazioni;
  • assistenza e supporto alle amministrazioni dei committenti per verifiche contabili, amministrative;
  • assistenza e supporto alle amministrazioni dei committenti per verifiche fiscali e contributive;
  • verifica attività tecnico burocratiche in materia di regolamentazione delle autorizzazioni all’esercizio;
  • verifica indicizzazione dei canoni e comunicazioni di aggiornamento ISTAT ai conduttori/affittuari;
  • controllo delle fideiussioni, garanzie e depositi cauzionali;
  • gestione documentale del ciclo attivo e passivo degli immobili destinati a Casa Vacanze;
  • raccolta e verifica della documentazione di pertinenza dei conduttori/affittuari;
  • monitoraggio e supervisione della riscossione degli insoluti e recupero crediti;
  • gestione anagrafica e documentale dei fornitori di beni e servizi.

Requisiti minimi

  • Esperienza lavorativa almeno triennale nel ruolo;
  • Buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office e di applicativi Software EAM (Enterprise Asset Management);
  • Orientamento utilizzo di piattaforme online degli Enti;
  • Preferibilmente laurea in discipline giuridico/economiche o ingegneria del costruito/architettura o cultura equivalente;
  • Precisione e accuratezza;
  • Orientamento alla gestione di pratiche legali/amministrative;
  • Proattività ed iniziativa;
  • Buone capacità relazionali e di lavorare in gruppo.

Si valutano inserimenti anche con contratti in part-time.
