Dovrai interfacciarti con tutti i team impegnati nella realizzazione dei Progetti UX: gli altri membri del team di UX/UI Research, il team di UX/UI Design e il Team Marketing.

Siamo interessati a un o una UX/UI Researcher che lavori stabilmente con noi, ma in base alle tue esigenze siamo aperti a diverse soluzioni contrattuali. Non poniamo limiti minimi o massimi ai tuoi anni di esperienza da Ricercatore UX/UI, valutiamo figure Junior e Senior, anche alla prima esperienza, che siano compatibili con i requisiti richiesti.



Di cosa si occupa il Ricercatore UX/UI?

In qualità di UX/UI Researcher:


  • Lavorerai su progetti dalle dimensioni e dalla durata variabili: da poche settimane a qualche mese
  • Avrai a che fare con i metodi e gli strumenti condivisi dal team di lavoro, tra cui il nostro modello di gestione dei progetti che ti aiuterà a organizzare in maniera efficiente e produttiva il tempo a tua disposizione
  • Lavorerai in stretta collaborazione con il team tecnico per curare la progettazione e lo sviluppo di interfacce, architettura dell’informazione, modelli di interazione.

Completed computer science studies (University degree or ETH)

At least 4 years of related experience in software engineering and design architecture, especially Java based, adding at least 3 years of managerial experience inside multinational and multicultural work environments with a high level of dynamism

Practical experience with projects in relevant engineering domain

Outstanding relational, communication, negotiation and dynamic aptitude

Knowledge of cloud computing - Amazon Web Services

Titolo di studio richiesto:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria

Esperienza professionale

  • Esperienza professionale di almeno otto anni relativamente alle competenze professionali sotto identificate.

Attività previste per il ruolo:

La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà dell'esecuzione di attività e studi relativi al "Effect Management System" per Future Combat Air System:

 

  • cattura dei requisiti del Cliente, definizione dei requisiti funzionali e fisici del sistema;
  • definizione dell’architettura fisica e funzionale di sistema;
  • studi di trade-off, definizione dei requisiti di sistema;
  • identificazione, sviluppo, studio di modelli matematici a supporto degli studi progettuali;
  • definizione di strategie e piani di verifica e validazione e raccolta evidenze.

Competenze

Competenze Professionali:

  • Conoscenza avanzata dell’architettura, componenti e interfacce esterne ed interne dei “Mission System” avionici con preferenza per Eurofighter;
  • Conoscenza degli equipaggiamenti di bordo (sensori, cockpit, munizionamento) e delle interfacce interne, con preferenza per sistema Eurofighter;
  • Conoscenza delle tecniche di progettazione di base per la definizione di un’architettura complessa (identificazione funzioni, modellazione degli stati e modi di funzionamento, definizione interfacce funzionali, definizione dei requisiti);
  • Conoscenza dei metodi e processi di System Engineering e dei relativi standards.

Conoscenze linguistiche:

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata

Competenze organizzative/Soft skills:

  • Attitudine al lavoro di team in un contesto internazionale;
  • Disponibilità ai rapporti interpersonali;
  • Capacità di analisi e sintesi e di comunicazione scritta;
  • Flessibilità al lavoro;

Cerchiamo un UX/UI Researcher Junior e Senior, Roma


Dal 2016, anno della sua nascita, fino ad oggi, Conflux ha lavorato con importanti clienti nell’ambito dei servizi, fashion, automotive e finance. Attualmente, per allargare il nostro team in costante crescita, siamo alla ricerca di UX/UI Researcher, per la nostra sede di Roma situata nella zona di San Lorenzo, che abbiano esperienza o un forte interesse nella gestione di Progetti relativi alla User Experience e alla User Interface e che abbiano voglia di crescere lavorando con noi.

Come Ricercatore UX/UI, sarai parte integrante di un team di lavoro di dimensioni sempre più grandi che ti supporterà e ti incoraggerà a sviluppare le tue competenze e le tue skills sul piano operativo e strategico, per offrire un servizio specializzato e di qualità ai nostri clienti. Dovrai interfacciarti con tutti i team impegnati nella realizzazione dei Progetti UX: gli altri membri del team di UX/UI Research, il team di UX/UI Design e il Team Marketing.

Siamo interessati a un o una UX/UI Researcher che lavori stabilmente con noi, ma in base alle tue esigenze siamo aperti a diverse soluzioni contrattuali. Non poniamo limiti minimi o massimi ai tuoi anni di esperienza da Ricercatore UX/UI, valutiamo figure Junior e Senior, anche alla prima esperienza, che siano compatibili con i requisiti richiesti.



Di cosa si occupa il Ricercatore UX/UI?

In qualità di UX/UI Researcher:


  • Lavorerai su progetti dalle dimensioni e dalla durata variabili: da poche settimane a qualche mese
  • Avrai a che fare con i metodi e gli strumenti condivisi dal team di lavoro, tra cui il nostro modello di gestione dei progetti che ti aiuterà a organizzare in maniera efficiente e produttiva il tempo a tua disposizione
  • Lavorerai in stretta collaborazione con il team tecnico per curare la progettazione e lo sviluppo di interfacce, architettura dell’informazione, modelli di interazione.

  • Conosci e sai scrivere e parlare la lingua italiana
