We are looking for a back office as a Sales Account that will be the liaison between our client and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
. Manage customers portfolio in order to mantain and increase collaborations;
. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;
. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;
· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics;
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives;
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers;
Requirements
· Languages: English (Mother Tongue Level) mandatory, Italian preferrable
· Previous experience in sales/customer support/Telemarketing;
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening;
· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types;
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;
We offer
Part time contract, 20h in flexible shifts according to your needs and requests
Contract: Initial 12 months with excellent opportunities of moving up to a permanent contract
Place of Work: REMOTE WORK four days a week, one day in office. Capannori (LU)

Essere in grado di effettuare la movimentazione dei volumi e fascicoli all'interno di biblioteche e archivi:

• Prelevare i libri e i fascicoli dello scaffale secondo le relative indicazioni di collocazione;

• Effettuare la timbratura dei volumi

For our site in Altopascio (Lucca), we are looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for preparing images and text material within a big project for the production department.

What You Will Do

  • making or drawing up of working drawings in accordance with orders
  • scanning of non-digitally supplied material
  • assessing the quality of digital files, consult and advise the customer or product service department on feasibility and design if necessary
  • editing, designing and formatting text and image material by means of various desktop publishing (DTP) programs
  • design of text and imagery for the season collections; designing passes of printed labels;
  • making PDF files and sheets and prints of the material to be printed,
  • maintaining contact with external companies for the outsourcing of printed matter and with customer over printing options
  • manage working drawings that are waiting for customer approval
  • producing and exposing negative films on the exposer
  • mounting films for making printing clichees
  • checking films according to the working drawing
  • modifying grids; align to deliver materials with the converting department
  • archiving of files (including printing auxiliary materials) in computer and store / archive of negative films in storage keeping the sample archive up-to-dateact as a back-up when executing 1st lines application and system management of (Mac) computers in the department, installing software and making backups; calling in external service provider for complex problems
  • checking the legitimate use of logos and reporting details to the Customer Service department

About the Role

For the office in Legnano (MI), we are looking for a Shopper Marketing Intern within our Consumer Goods Business Unit who will support our Shopper Marketing Manager in operative tasks.

 Main focus of the internship project will be about the development of:

- Promotional Analysis (ROI and Promo Planning by Essity and Competitors)

- Data analysis from Nielsen and Internal Essity database

- Development of Promotional Activations

  • Nielsen analysis on market trends and promotions

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economic related studies

  • You are fluent in Italian as well as English and you know how to communicate effectively

  • You enjoy working with numbers and you are good in understanding them

  • You are motivated to work in a FMCG company

  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Powerpoint, but you are not scared to learn about new digital tools
