You will be responsible for guiding a team of Shift Managers, Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants and Delivery Service Providers. Therefore, a major element of your day-to-day responsibilities will be creatively supervising external agency relationships, alongside overall site performance.
Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will oversee operations and delivery, focusing on effective order fulfilment to continuously delight our valued Amazon customers. Moreover, you will work on meeting KPIs such as delivery on time, first time delivery achievement and enhancing customer service. You will also direct meetings, assign work as well as communicate with internal and external suppliers.
In the day-to-day responsibilities of your role, you’ll support the implementation of new systems and processes. Moreover, as you build your understanding of Amazon’s Logistics and business protocols, you’ll study and analyse workflows. This will enable you to design meaningful, impactful solutions, while mapping business requirements.
While you achieve the above, you’ll continuously utilise software and hardware tools to ensure optimum operational performance. Regarding the teams you work with, you’ll ensure all employees under your management have the proper tools they need to perform their job roles. Finally, you’ll communicate daily metrics, while reporting any exceptions to other Operations departments, and even wider Amazonian teams as and when required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification,
  • You are fluent in Italian and English

  • You already have experience in directing and defining projects, collecting requirements, designing process solutions,

As an HR Operations Admin, you role will directly contribute to providing a great employee experience to our workforce. In this role, you will work on a variety of core HR activities, supporting a large employee population within our continuously growing operational sites.
You will be act as first point of contact for our associates and managers for two locations, therefore traveling will be required. Given that most of our associates work during night shift, it will be required to visit sites during evenings/early mornings on monthly basis.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or experience in HR administration · Effective communications skills, including presentation skills. You need to be able to inspire and earn trust with our associates and managers
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Flexible to travel- the role is responsible for 2 locations
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written Italian language Good Command of English (Common European Framework of Reference B1)
  • Analytical skills (able to identify problem and a root cause, work with numbers, data, run metrics and pull reports...)
  • Confidentiality and composure when dealing with sensitive data and confidential information

Analista Programmatore Senior (Business Support Applicativo)

La figura in questa posizione, anche con il fine di supportare la crescita strategica prevista, ha lo scopo di integrare l’organico del reparto IT in particolare per il supporto al business e applicativi gestionali. 

La figura, utilizzando le proprie conoscenze ed esperienze maturate in ambito sviluppo, dovrà effettuare attività di supporto funzionale/applicativo principalmente indirizzato al cliente interno ed ove necessario ai punti vendita, per le quali è necessaria una competenza di alto livello rispetto ai processi aziendali principali e ai flussi attivi e passivi innescabili (acquisti, vendita, logistica, retail ecc.)  in base al processo analizzato e della conseguente gestione delle attività correlate e problematiche connesse, ove necessario, interfacciando direttamente i fornitori dei sistemi in produzione.

Il candidato, occasionalmente, ove sia richiesto per competenze specifiche di sviluppo e analisi, dovrà coordinare Ticket di contenuto tecnologico provenienti dai clienti interni e punti vendita effettuando supporto applicativo di secondo livello.

Il candidato dovrà garantire l'operatività degli applicativi aziendali, interfacciando il cliente interno in qualità di Business Support applicativo, gestendo le procedure di change management necessarie (raccolta requisiti, documentazione tecnica, test case ecc.) con particolare riferimento alle necessità delle attività quotidiane ricorrenti (correttive)  o nuove (evolutive) pervenute dagli utenti o dai sistemi di monitoring ed alert

 

Il candidato ideale è quindi in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Pregressa esperienza in ambito sviluppo e programmazione
  • Esperienza  nel saper condurre interviste al fine di attività raccolta requisiti utenti e redazione documentazione, relazionando al responsabile applicativo
  • Competenze di coordinamento delle risorse necessarie per ogni attività (fornitori esterni, consulenti, partners) analizzando i sistemi esistenti ed evidenziando le aree di criticità e miglioramento.
  • Competenze specifiche nella gestione degli sviluppi applicativi (SAL, test case, collaudi) seguendo le procedure e assumendone la titolarità, supportando l'utente nelle prime fasi
  • Competenze nella redazione dei manuali tecnici e tecnici/funzionali, i documenti di configurazione del sistema e rapporti tecnici necessari al deploy ed esercizio delle componenti software sviluppate.

È Gradita la conoscenza di Linee Guida quali ITIL e del processo di Change Management Applicativo, metodologie di Project Management e la redazione di documenti di analisi funzionale e funzionale/tecnica.

Il candidato oltre ad un’esperienza pluriennale nell’ambito delle ristrutturazioni edilizie dovrà aver sviluppato competenze specifiche in merito a:

  • coordinamento e gestione delle attività di cantiere dirette o appaltate a terzi esecutori (strutture, impianti, aree di pertinenza, ecc. ecc.);
  • verifica delle lavorazioni eseguite in cantiere da parte delle varie ditte murarie e impiantistiche
  • redazione di capitolati e computi metrici;
  • gestione delle fasi di preventivazione;
  • verifiche tecniche ed amministrative;
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta;
  • buone capacità relazionali e comunicative.

Tale esperienza dovrà essere stata maturata in riferimento ad appalti importanti e di medio-grandi dimensioni (ad esempio palazzi storici, hotel, ville, ecc. ecc.).

Ulteriori requisiti indispensabili sono la conoscenza di programmi del pacchetto Office e di Autocad.

Si richiede professionalità, serietà e flessibilità nell'orario di lavoro.
