What will you take care of?

As Marketing Intern you will be part of the Marketing and Communication office, within our Head Quarter in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI). You will work closely with other marketing and communications functions and will interface with Sales and Product Marketing.

Help shaping the futuresupport the Digital Marketing, Event&Content management team in day-to-day operations, event planning, market analysis and trade marketing activities.

Take on responsibility: marketing planning and campaign execution, content creation and creativity, support event management from idea to implementation phases, analytics and market analysis.

Experience cooperation: supporting the other departments for shared activities, especially sales and product marketing. 

Experience international context: Relationship with the other Countries within Bosch Rexroth South Europe Region (France, Spain, Greece)

Purpose of Role:

Reporting to the CO Manager in of the Commercial Operations team, he will carry out most of his activities during the offer drafting phase, working in close collaboration with the Application Engineer, acting as the main customer reference.

To coordinate all the activities that lead to overcoming the various phases of the customer order assignment process, satisfying the technical and information requirements of the different phases of the process, configuring the individual machines according to the needs expressed by the customer.

To define the cost of the different elements that make up the required configuration and provide Sales with all the elements supporting the final negotiation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Customer Material Requisition Analysis (received from Sales structure)
  • Selection of the individual items present in the customer's Material Re-acquisition, using the Intelliquip software selection form
  • Interaction with the "R&D" department for the definition / correction of selected curves for the items object of the customer MR.
  • Management of technical customer questions (Technical Queries or "Clarifications") in collaboration with AE
  • Support to the AE in the technical alignment phase of engineered supplies (seals and systems, drivers, control units, multipliers, recirculation valves)
  • Support for AE for TBE compilation (technical clarification tables).
  • Support for AE for the preparation and drafting of the comments / deviations list
  • Analysis of supplier offers on subcontracts engineered by definition of costs to be quoted in Intelliquip (it uses the support of the AEs).
  • Participation in technical alignment meeting / call, with possible presence at customer site.
  • Selection and enhancement of the configuration options present in Intelliquip, for the complete definition of the cost of the offer items.
  • Quotation of the offer costs relevant to the total offer (not defined at the individual item level).
  • Preparation of the "offer package", including the relative attachments.
  • Transfer to Intelliquip of the final negotiation output with the customer carried out by Sales.
  • Intelliquip generation of the ".xml" file for job creation in SAP.
  • Checking the purpose of supplying PO received by the customer (and related attachments), with the latest offer issued.
  • In collaboration with the PM, compiling summary table of the item on offer for planning network configuration purpose.
  • Participation in the Kick Off Meeting (KOM) internal order launch.
  • Update of the KPIs of the Com Ops team with progress data quotation process.

 

Education and Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree preferably in Mechanical engineering, at least three years experience in a similar role gained within an international context, excellent communication skills. Able to work independently with strong determination to achieve the goals and strong organizational skills, strong analytical and negotiating skills, strong customerfocus; pro-activity and autonomy. Knowledge of computer tools. Availability and willingness to travel.Excellent knowledge of English language

Purpose of Role:

Prepare cost accounting records such as subcontracting, field service, sales costs, and research and development costs. Computes project costs, compares actual costs to estimates and analyze variances.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • To produce company business plan and budget by performing the following activities:

        gathers budget's relevant information from Departments

        elaborates data and ask clarifications

        consolidates data and submits results to Finance Control

  • to prepare forecasting documentation by performing the following activities:

        analyzes up-to-date data with Accounting Department contribution

        revises budget's year end results on the bases of actual data

        submits results to Finance Control

  • to produce the projects' cost structure by collecting relevant information from other departments and inserting inputs such as tendering data; revises project cost and make cost adjustments; performs variance analysis;
  • to collaborate with other departments to evaluate capex pre and post purchase (payback period, NPV);
  • to prepare monthly consolidated reporting for input, output, margins and internal profitability;
  • to analyze inventory level by receiving inputs from the Warehouse Department and assess inventory level, inventory evaluation, inventory differences etc;
  • to interface with local management and international peers;
  • to collaborate with the Plant Controller and Information System manager in developing new or enhancing existing systems and procedures, and therefore to understand the local conditions;
  • to ensure processes are in place that comply fully with applicable laws (IFRS) and Trillium policies;
  • to manage a team of people

 

Education and Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree in Business Administration with major in Finance or Accounting.

Thorough experience in Administration 5 years in the Planning & Control Functions of dynamic and highly structured Companies. Familiarity with multinational Company is preferred. Knowledge of IFRS principles and experience in understanding logics to prepare monthly trial balance. Familiarity with projects accounting and cost control is required. Thorough experience with SAP CO and preferably also PS module. Expertise of national and international accountancy principles. Excellent Computer skills.

Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written is a must.

Lo scopo della posizione include:

  1. Assicurare la corretta e tempestiva evasione degli ordini e della corrispondenza con i clienti, garantendo un livello di assistenza commerciale e di  servizio coerente con l’immagine aziendale e nel rispetto degli impegni formalmente assunti (procedure, prassi, comportamenti commerciali).

Alcuni compiti e responsabilità:

  • Garantire il costante aggiornamento del sistema gestionale aziendale, al fine di consentire la pianificazione della produzione e delle consegne;
  • Verificare la congruenza dei termini commerciali delle offerte rispetto agli ordini acquisiti;
  • Informare tempestivamente e costantemente i clienti sullo stato dell’ordine e sulle previsioni di consegna.Valutare le criticità degli ordini ricevuti, i tempi previsti di evasione segnalandole agli Area Managers.
  • Curare la corretta emissione della fatturazione e allestimento della documentazione richiesta per l’evasione dell’ordine, con particolare riferimento alle esportazioni con le lettere di credito.  Assicurarsi della tempestiva trasmissione della documentazione necessaria ai fini interni, con i necessari riferimenti delle modalità di consegna, per la corretta informazione al cliente.
  • Partecipare alla risoluzione degli eventuali reclami come da procedura


Qualifiche ed esperienza


Istruzione: Laurea breve con indirizzo economico, marketing&comunicazione o lingue
Conoscenze linguistiche: Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta, altra lingua opzionale
Sistemi informativi: apprezzabile pregressa esperienza con il sistema gestionale SAP in particolare del modulo SD, buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office

Descrizione del lavoro

Within the Controlling Department of Bosch Rexroth, you will provide support to the analysis and reporting activities for sales controlling department. Furthermore, you will be involved in cost controlling and value-added areas activities, having a view of the entire business of the company on nine different Business Units.

Take on responsibility:

The main activities will be:

  • Business Intelligence projects
  • Maintenance of current models
  • Participation in implementation of new models
  • Periodic P&L and KPIs planning; review of KPIs, analysis of deviations and identification of the related corrective actions

Job Description

What will you take care of?

As Marketing Intern you will be part of the Marketing and Communication office, within our Head Quarter in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI). You will work closely with other marketing and communications functions and will interface with Sales and Product Marketing.

Help shaping the futuresupport the Digital Marketing, Event&Content management team in day-to-day operations, event planning, market analysis and trade marketing activities.

Take on responsibility: marketing planning and campaign execution, content creation and creativity, support event management from idea to implementation phases, analytics and market analysis.

Experience cooperation: supporting the other departments for shared activities, especially sales and product marketing. 

Experience international context: Relationship with the other Countries within Bosch Rexroth South Europe Region (France, Spain, Greece)

Qualifications

Education: You are a recent graduate or student in Marketing Management or Communication
